Oct 03, 2024Awesome Team at The Royalton Chic Hotel Resort.
The entire team of the hotel were excellent, Arianny and the rest of the team at the pool side was the best. The best experience I’ve ever had in a 5 stars hotel. The team at the breakfast is super friendly they remember the names and the order of the guest. It is the first time that do a revue, but don’t take the prime traveller it’s a time share hidden inside and you don’t need it at all. The rest is highly recommended for the experience and party atmosphere 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼❤️❤️❤️

Great time
This is my 5th time at the Royalton Chic suites and it did not disappoint. The room was excellent and although last time I came the food was hit and miss, this time the food was excellent, even room service came hot and was tasty. The vibe team was great and kept everyone entertained daily, huge shout out to danielio (hope I spelt that right) he was great and always made me laugh, I will definitely be back next year to do Zumba. The servers by the beach was great, one in particular whose name I forgot but he was brilliant, as well as Kevin. I had a great stay and sad to be leaving, but will definitely be coming back to my second home next year.

Royalton
The hunters steak house was excellent. We had a waiter called Issac and he was brilliant. Very friendly and made our experience special. The pool side attendants Angel and Alejandro were amazing and again made us feel very special and made us the best cocktails

Very disappointed with this hotel! There was a smell of mold in my room, in the hallway and even in the elevator! There was a "water"bulge in the wall behind the safe! Changed rooms but that didn't make a difference. Went to see their doctor and they wanted me to sign a waiver indemnifying them of all future consequences!! Spoke with other people who experienced the same thing. One whole day there was no water! Imagine you can't shower, brush your teeth or flush the toilet! Also I get it they're trying to be environmentally friendly but no straws!(not even paper straws) and no napkins except if you're in the restaurant! Can't believe a high end hotel like this would treat their customers this way!

Great trip at the Royalton Chic Cancun!
The Royalton Chic was a great place to stay while on my first trip to Cancun! It is on a great section of beach, and the hotel itself is very modern and very chic. ;) We opted to upgrade to the Diamond package to get a better room and it did not disappoint. The room was spacious, spotless, and the view was amazing. The water was amazing to look at from our balcony. For all the people (like me) who care about bed comfort. The bed was very comfy. It gave my back enough support, but also felt like I could sink into it. Additionally, due to our Diamond upgrade. The best part of our stay was the butler service. Our butler Victor Neiman was awesome!! He was super friendly, helpful, and just a pleasure to be around. He answered all of our crazy questions and had a good sense of humor while doing it. Definitely ask for Victor if you get the Diamond upgrade package! The all-inclusive aspect of the resort was also great. There were alot of dining options. We mostly stuck to the seafood and mexican food options while we were there.
