This was our second time staying at the resort and while we had an awesome time we have 1 complaint. Our room smelled of “smoke” “embers” and left a lasting smelling on our clothes. However, that issue aside we enjoyed ourselves and that staff was very accommodating. We booked the diamond club package which also included the butler service and our butlers were amazing. Arturo and Marisol were extremely engaging and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend requesting them if you can. They made all dinner reservations, spa appointments and checked in when they didn’t see us!

The hotel has been amazing. The vibe team is great and so active. Great variety of activities and shows. Alexander from the vibe team has been the best and so great at getting everyone involved and hyping them up. Definetly recommend the hotel!

My best trip by far!
This by far was my best trip! Check in was rough w/ wristbands but I think it was more the technology’s fault. After that tho it was smooth and wonderful. Gary & Gilberto updated us everyday with events and times, and making our reservations for dinner. They always had our fridge stocked with what we asked and remembered! 10/10 recommend and upgrading to the diamond club.

Great getaway with friends!
Was an excellent visit and butlers (Daniel and Steff) were very helpful. The resort was compact which is perfect as everything was quick to access. Only downside is the bars closed early. The Diamond club bar, which has the premium drinks, closed at 10 while the lobby bar closed at 11. These are the earliest closure times of any resort I’ve been to. Other than that my review would have been a 5.

It was very good!
Overall we were very happy with our experience at The Royalton Chic. Marisol and Arturo were very accommodating, always checking on us and making sure we had reservations at different restaurants. Hunters was a bit disappointing. The rib eye was not very appetizing to look at and the taste was sub par. The manager also was not very accommodating to a suggestion we were trying to make in order for our larger group to be seated at the same time. He consistently tried to 'upsell' us on private tables and better steaks. Only to realize that during our sitting there were multiple tables were vacant. The other restaurants were amazing. We throughly enjoyed the food. The beach was also a bit of a disappointment to know ones fault but one have been nice to see an attempt to try and clean the seaweed that was washed ashore. In our 5 days there, it was never done.
