May 08, 2025Pueblo Bonito Blanco/Rose
This is our 2nd time here at the Pueblo Bonito Resorts, 1 at each the Blanco and Rose. Both resorts have the best service you can ask for. I keep seeing other reviews at other resorts with people saying they have better experiences but i will honestly say, once you visit the Pueblo Bonito resorts, you will want to come back. Every single person we have interacted with that works there goes way above and beyond. They are very welcoming!! Keep in mind, these are sister resorts including two more on Pacific ocean side. (Sunset/Pacifica) your all inclusive works for all of them. Free shuttle from Blanco/Rose to Sunset/Pacifica vice versa. Both resort rooms are very clean and yes they are dated but who spends their time in the room anyways? Rose is more romantically nicer if you will and Blanco is more spacious is my experience for the rooms. Big guys like me, if you are still hungry, order more food. The buffet at the Rose is different themed dinners every night. The best dishes to die for is the shrimp cocktail, sushi bar, chicken quesadillas and the street tacos! Also, check out the rooftop dinner (Fellinis) above Rose buffet. Make sure you order the cheese wheel either right at sunset or when its dark. You won't be disappointed! Every staff member is great but one particular person i want to call out. Alfredo my guy, i will see you again soon! Keep being great!

May 07, 2025Relaxation at Pueblo Bonita Los Cabos
The staff at Pueblo Bonita are so attentive! Miriam our housekeeper left us little notes wishing us a good day and suprising us unique towel creations and local flowers in the room. Alfredo, our pool attendant hustled to make sure we were never thirsty or hungry. The rooms are dated but comfortable. The views of the bay and rocks are wonderful.

Ivan the Man - PB Blanco
Ivan at the pool/beach at PB Blanco was amazing. Recognized us after servicing us one day, and went above and beyond to take care of the guests. Ivan went above his duties to take care of us, outside of his section. His hospitality and service make me want to come back for a 3rd year.

Pueblo Bonito Los Cabos is The Best!
After coming here several times a year for over 25 years, it’s still THE BEST! Great service and staff, always smiling and serving! The hotel manager Ana Osuna, Javier manager at Cilantro’s, Alfonso, chef at Mare Norstrum, Leo and Blas at the pool bar, pool and beach concierge Israel and bartender Martin, plus Arel and Nadine, and Santa Cruz in landscaping are always professional and eager to please! We even had the pleasure of meeting the general manager Fernando Pelayo who was so very kind and gracious. Just wow!!!

DREAM VACATION! We had my daughter’s wedding excellent planning very satisfied with the people in charge.
Excellent place and the service was exceptional will come back!! Already planning for next year. We had our daughter wedding. Planned by the resort food ,fotos and music bump fire and yate ride to the arch. They also arrange for us to visit La Paz , playa balandra ant the magic town of todos santos.
