    Portofinos restaurant

    The service was excellent. Gaspar was very polite, attentive and helpful at portofinos the staff as well would recommend. The drinks were well prepared by the bartenders. For dessert I would recommend the cannolis and the terramisu they were delicious.

    Well worth the visit

    This hotel is set inbetween two sister hotels at the resort amid the fantastic scenery and wild life of the tropical jungle. There is transportation to transfer you around or variety of cut through walkways. The lobby’s are outstanding with all different amenities. The main restaurant is well catered however there is a lot of queuing at certain times so earlier you arrive the better but there are so many to choice from. The food is ok but it is repetitive however it’s ok because you can book one of the many different cultured restaurants which has to be 2 days in advance through the team located in the main lobby. We opted for the Portofino (Italian) and Bahia (Brazilian) both fantastic and service is second to none and food was fantastic. The rooms are quite decent and located in blocks with great air con, whirlpool bath and separate shower. The mini bar is topped up daily and the maid service is excellent and daily. The staff here are amazing and can’t fault them (nothing is too much trouble) tipping is a great idea. The pools are good especially the adult only secret pool but if you are not a fan the beach is very quiet and also has a bar. I would recommend this holiday to anyone. The wildlife alone is worth the stay it’s amazing to be in amongst their habitat. Smoking is not an issue there are ashtrays outdoors but you can not smoke in the hotel rooms or balconies or you will face a fine.

    Just finished breakfast at the restaurante la ‘ dzilia’ on the white sand resort. Excellent selection and amazing service from filomena who was very helpful and attentive. Amazing selection of fruit juices , pastry’s and fruits aswell as traditional meats

    Amazing trip

    I came for my brother’s wedding and I had a great time staying at palladium white sands. The food is great, there a lot of dishes to choose and drinks are unlimited.
