Ok Resort
The Pools are too small for the amount of people at the resort. I wish they turned on the heater for the pools because it was really cold and not enjoyable. Also having an adult only area that wasn't only available to preferred members would be good.

One of the best resorts in the Cancun Area - especially for families.
My family and I spent 5 days at the Dreams Natura this past week and I have to say - of all the resorts we have visited up and down the Cancun/Mayan Riviera/Playa Del Carmen strip - this is EASILY Top 3 and maybe our favorite. For us - we typically have 3 big 'asks' for a resort. 1. Clean and Modern 2. Loads of activities for the kids to keep them busy during the day 3. Good food options and a-la-carte restaurants. This resort delivers in spades. Maria was our agent at check-in and gave us a great welcome to the resort. Our bellhop was Daniel - and he showed us around the room and how to use some of the amenities - like the thermostat - and was very kind. Very modern and clean resort overall. Rooms are spacious and our family of 4 (kids 10&7) were very comfortable - and they are VERY fast when it comes to housekeeping needs - room service - and really anything you could want. We were in the 'preferred club' - so our room had a balcony and jacuzzi tub (which the kids loved) and we had access to a couple of different areas around the pools, a special lounge, a special a-la-carte restaurant. A few added bonuses around the resort are always nice. The mini-bar was well stocked each day and there is an espresso maker in the room as well for those midday pick-me ups. We usually leave a $5/day tip on the bed for our housekeeper and never found ourselves without towels, toiletries, and a room that was cleaned early each day. We all know the times when you are coming back from lunch for an afternoon nap or a few minutes out of the sun and your room is being cleaned or not yet cleaned and you have to head back out to stay out of the way. None of that here - we were well cleaned every day by 12p - and probably earlier! Our kids couldn't get enough of all the activities - and it was awesome for them to have so many options. The 'evergreen' items are the Pools - which are immaculate, the water slides (open basically all day) - the lazy river (really fun and one of the better ones we've been to) - and the 'teen club' which was really just an open arcade with free games (which both my 7 & 10 year olds loved). There were always activities with the entertainment staff as well - what you would expect at an all inclusive resort like AquaGym, Beach Games, Bocci, Volleyball, Soccer, etc... and those are all great. But almost everyday they would have a SPECIAL afternoon activity that was a step above: like an electric bull setup & a bungee trampoline, to name a few. There are also a couple of uncommon activities on property that were included that my kids loved: a roller-glide (basically a zip line) and then a very decent climbing wall - which my older kid did every day. The zip line has a fairly narrow height/weight window foro safety, so my 7 year old and myself weren't able to ride - but both my wife and son were right in the window (roughly 40-90kg and had to be at least 4'6"). They both loved it and thought it was pretty fun! My son and daughter both spent time at the kids club (my daughter more than my son) and made loads of new friends. The staff there are SO warm and caring - and my daughter loved being there. She came home with loads of crafts and fun stories - and got a face paint creation every night! :D Some of our favorite staffers (mostly around the climbing wall and roller-glide) were Ivanna, Eridani, Geovanni, and Rodrigo. We had loads of great interactions with staffers at the Teen 'Core' Club as well- Alma and Didier to name a couple. They were always helpful with equipment for the table-tennis or getting my son setup on a game system for a short session of Fortnite or Rocket League. The restaurants were also a highlight of the trip. The kids loved the buffet (per the usual) and some of our favorite waiters there were Manuel, Timoteo and Luis. They were prompt and courteous, and always looked for us when we came in the door. There's something very welcoming about having a waiter know your name and beckoning you from the door to come sit with them! They always knew our drink orders and always complimented me on my ability to hold a (likely mediocre) Spanish-language conversation with them. The buffet was always good - which is important to all of us with kiddos. Between their 'kids corner' (chock full of kid favorites like chicken nuggies & cheese quesadillas) and the cornucopia of fruits, yogurts, breads, and of course 24 ice cream cones a day to keep them sprinting from waterslide to beach and back again. :D The hibachi restaurant was great - the italian was so-so - and the Mexican restaurant was somewhere in-between. We didn't get a chance to try the French Restaurant (which is adults-only) or the seafood (which was closed for renovation) - but for our relatively short stay there were plenty of options. The COCO Cafe (coffees, pastries, cookies, smoothies, and ice cream) was a big hit with both adults and kiddos and was open 24/7 for those early morning coffees or late night ice cream runs. :) I would be sad not to also give props to the evening entertainment - where they provided a variety of shows each night ranging from live music in the lobby to full on shows in their theaters and open gardens. The kids especially enjoyed the Pirate Show and the Illusion/Magic show - The 'Pop' Show was also good. The 'Fire Show' was cool - but not our favorite - as they did it in the lobby with very limited seating and taxis/guests/transportation right behind the show the whole time. There were loads of options in the entertainment aspect as well, and the kids club often had evening events (Camping night, pajama party, etc..) so that if mom and dad wanted to catch a dinner or show without the kiddos - that was very easily possible! They are open until 9:30-10p each night. Overall, I wouldn't hesitate an instant to recommend this resort to anyone; but especially those with active children who love to keep moving! We saw loads of different types of groups - couples all the way up to huge family groups - and everyone had a way to enjoy the resort. Highly recommend this resort!

Nice resort for families and couples
Great overall experience. We enjoyed our time in this conveniently located beachfront resort. The staff is friendly, especially Timoteo, who's very welcoming and always makes sure that clients are happy. The multiple options for entertainment like the arcade section or the waterslides enhanced our stay. I recommend!

Lovely resort. Would return. Great for families and couples. Lots available for everyone. Great staff and food plentiful
Great Resort. Would definitely return. Loved the staff in the grill restaurant. Ate there several times for lunch and once for dinner. Servers Noel and Jose were great. Deck/outdoor server Fernando was exceptional! So attentive. Buffet selection good. Server Tometio - outdoor patio was exceptional. Our room was clean and service was good. Not sure how the room fridge supplies work! Seemed a bit inconsistent although we always were provided with water. Zero alcohol beer available however would love to see wine in the room fridge. Don’t care for beer or pop! Plenty of chairs and activities and entertainment were wonderful as were the staff who supported these activities.

Great resort.
Beds are comfortable, rooms are great. Everything is close. Restaurants and food excellent! So many things for the kids to do so they stay very busy. Lazy river, wall climbing, heated pools, water slides. All super fun. Very nice beach and always activities going on with the entertainment staff. Highly reccommend.
