Loved this resort. The beach was great and the beach swings were very cool! Loved yoga every morning at the gazebo.. such a cool resort. Restaurants were awesome and loved the entertainment team.. Samuel and Rubi brought so much energy! Loved it here

A Great Value for a Destination Wedding
Dreams Cancun provided the perfect backdrop for our unforgettable destination wedding. The secluded location offered a serene escape from the bustling crowds, ideal for a romantic and intimate celebration. While the beachfront may have been impacted by seaweed, the resort's commitment to addressing this issue was evident. The Preferred Club experience was truly worth the investment. It elevated our stay with exclusive amenities and personalized service. A special shoutout to Gisele, our exceptional wedding coordinator, who flawlessly orchestrated every detail of our special day and days prior. She went above and beyond from helping in booking spa appointments for the ladies to tee times for the guys and being thorough with all the possibilities and locations within the resort to hold our ceremony. While we encountered a minor setback with our initial room, the staff's prompt response and resolution ensured a seamless experience. It's worth noting that the windy season can sometimes impact room conditions, as we discovered. A word of caution to future guests: be mindful of the timeshare presentations. While we understand it's a business strategy, it can be intrusive, especially after a long journey. Perhaps a more strategic approach, like offering it to guests who have already settled in, could be more effective. Despite this minor hiccup, our overall experience was extraordinary. The dedicated staff, particularly Gisele (wedding coordinator), Armin (photographer) , Gustavo and Rosa (front desk), Luis and Adam (Servers), Gerardo (preferred club bartender), Roberto (vista prime), Lorena and Monica (spa and salon), Margarita and Karen (spa), Felipe (spa manager), Olga (housekeeping), Alexi (lobby bar), Roberto (entertainment/show coordinator) went above and beyond to ensure our stay was truly unforgettable.

We just spent a week (12/1-12/7) at Dreams Vista Cancun and it was great! The rooms were clean and spacious and the food was very good. Several restaurants to choose from. Every room has an ocean view and a quick ferry ride over to Isla Mujeres. I'd like to express my gratitude for Jessica Bravo, our Conciege, she's amazing and very friendly. They are fortunate to have her on staff. I requested Sopa de Lima (which is an amazing Yucatan soup but not on the menu). She made arrangements with Chef Heriberto and he not only made it for us but also some amazing pork tacos and Yucatan fish. What an incredible surprise!! He even came out to meet us. They also prepared a special breakfast for us on our last day. I want to mention the waiters: Edgar, Richard, & Geovanni. They took good care of us. We loved the rooftop restaurant which has a pool and bar. Great job everyone for making our stay so special :)

I have learned alot from there.
I like the room it looks very nice and comfortable. I also like the sea breeze. The house keeper was very nice person and the room service was very good. The bathroom the bed and everything in the room was perfect..I like the corridor because I sat there and experienced the see breeze.

Dreams vista experience for two
It’s a beautiful property, with great amenities and extremely helpful staff. I would recommend spending the extra cash for the preferred members experience. I would also recommend treating yourself to the spa. We got the hydro therapy and a coupes massage.
