    The perfect beach getaway with stellar service!

    Great vacation spot all around and family friendly. Beautiful beach, clean rooms, stunning views, and lots of pools. The best part was the service by far!! Antonio in the spa was wonderful! He was kind and I felt as though he was extremely accommodating and easy to get along with. Additionally, the beach side service from the staff near the Olio restaurant were absolutely amazing and very attentive!! The guy walking around was absolutely stellar and was always happy to bring whatever anybody needed with a smile. Finally, the service at the buffet was exceptionally for Breakfast specially. Very impressed with the kindness and accommodations from the staff at Dreams Sands and the food options were great for an all inclusive.

    Over all great! Disappointed with the front desk attitude.

    Front desk personnel was borderline rude. Manager on duty can careless what I had to say about the service/disservice… bar tender, restaurant personnel, and bell man was very very good!! Not to mention view and set up at the beach and as absolutely gorgeous!! Only disappointment was front desk and MOD.

    My Dreams came true in Cancun Resort

    The location is beautiful - the beach area is calm, clean and safe for swimming. The complimentary catamaran ride was a nice surprise. The prepared food in the specialty restaurants was top notch except for a few exceptions. Staff and servers were very friendly, eager to answer questions and were very helpful.

    Great Experience

    Very nice and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff is excellent and incredibly friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We've stayed here multiple times now and love it. They have the best beach area of any resort in the hotel zone area.

    Great Value for The Money

    Not especially expensive or luxurious. However we loved our 6 day stay. The room was large and well kept. Food at the four restaurants was excellent and the service was great. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The hotel is right on the beach. Lots of activities. Would recommend this place to anybody.
