Great resort. Lots of room at the pools, food was overall very good. A little bummed that the wait staff couldn’t bring food to the pools. But over experience was great. The Mexican place was our favorite and the French restaurant was over cooked. Out best staff members were Memo from the entertainment staff. He learned our whole family’s name and made the trip awesome for our kids. Luis, our pool waiter was great and never stopped with the great drinks and jokes! Michelle our wedding coordinator was responsive and great to work with. We will be back!

Dreams Playa Mujeres
Our stay was fantastic! Hideaway Bar was our favorite spot the crew Jaime Lagunas, Alejandro León, Roxanne, Raúl, Pedro, Diana, Antonio, and Heberte were amazing well everyone! I can continue with the list but I can't mentioned everyone from the staff.

Lovely resort, great for families, excellent pool service
This is a beautiful resort with a great atmosphere for a family vacation. Jamie Lagunas, our pool concierge, and Suze, poolside beverage server, both provided exceptionally friendly, kind, and attentive service during our days at the pool. We loved that use of the Bali beds were included with our preferred room and these two staff members made it very easy to relax and enjoy our time between swimming, shows, and great dining. Our family of four particularly enjoyed the coffee, ice cream, and desserts at Dolce and the breakfast and dinner at Maris. Both of these restaurants stood out as some of the best food we've tried at the several AI resorts we have visited. Thank you Jamie and Suze! We will return to this resort again.

Awesome pool side service. All of the crews working are friendly and fun.
The pool service from Jaime and Susi was wonderful. Always checking on us and getting us drinks right when need another.

Perfect family holiday
We’ve had the best time here, 7 days in with 7 to go we don’t want to leave! Everyone has been so lovely from ensuring our room was perfect to the service at every meal. Special shout out to Jaime Lagunas the pool concierge, he’s made sure we are comfortable and happy every day at the pool at the Bali beds. Also shout out to Suzy who is so friendly and kind and has taken care of us every day with drinks and food (especially mango margaritas) by the pool. We can’t wait to come back another time and we’ve not even left!
