Fantastic Resort, Terrific Experience. Hospitality & customer service - the best.
This was our second time in Cancun, and third visit to Mexico. Honestly, this was hands-down out best Mexico resort experience. At the reception desk, Manuel was very co-operative and did his best to accommodate us. We did not like the automatic upgraded partial ocean facing room as we were traveling with our family. He worked with us to offer us a full Ocean Front Master Suite (last one available) in the highest floor at an affordable & much negotiated upgrade price for all four nights. A Nice, clean & beautiful resort. Folks at the concierge were very helpful. Hospitality of all hotel staff and members & servers at restaurants and breakfast places were at its best. Dinner reservations at the Italian, French, Mexican & Asian cuisine focused restaurants did not have much wait, and the food in all of them was simply amazing! Delicious. The resort has infinity pool, kid friendly pool with slides and several other for family members. Everyday there were resort activities and evening shows. Drive from here to Playa del Carmel & the cenotes were 30 to 45 minutes, and drive to Tulum was 1.5 hours. Having a car from the airport (Enterprise/National) helped us a lot. We had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort for a family trip to Cancun. Muchas Gracias mi Amigos !

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Paulina and Vicente were absolutely amazing! They provided great, excellent service from start to finish and went above and beyond to make sure our entire family had a wonderful experience. They were so patient with our kids, which we really appreciated, and kept everyone smiling and entertained with their professionalism and great sense of humor. We couldn’t have asked for better — thank you both for making everything so enjoyable! Highly recommend!
