We came to Dreams resort to celebrate my husband's birthday and our anniversary . The hotel and staff have been amazing . They made both of our special celebrations so nice as , we had a happy birthday banner and cake in our room for his birthday. For our anniversary complimentary bottle of champagne. Any issues the arose they solved them very timely and effectively. The food was very tasty . Room service hands down the best service I have ever had . The staff are all amazing always pleasant . We will definitely be returning to this resort . Cheers !!!

We had a great time, but the resort is starting to show its age. They are performing some updates, but not enough to keep up with the age of the property. We've been to resorts all over Mexico, but the water in the pools was extremely hot. It felt like it was at least 92 degrees. Too hot to relax or to cool down. None of the employees could explain why it was so hot. The employees on property were very nice. We would also recommend the dolphin interaction/excursion. Although it's an upcharge, it's a very cool experience.

I hardly comment, but here it goes. They make you feel like family. Everyone is happy, and very helpful. Service is excellent, plus they are prompt on the job if you have an issue. A nice family, wedding destination, or couples get away. If you happen to run into VIP Service: Marco or Yumi, Concierge: Vidal and Alfredo (bell hop), Hostess: Catherine, and Waitress: Abby your in great hands. I promise you that! Also, the weather is great on this side! I definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere to stay when you come to Mexico.

Waiter is so nice and friendly. The food is good and delicious. The view is nice and I like how the pool is near the pool. Both lunch and dinner is amazing.

Dream Wedding at Dreams
Dreams was a beautiful backdrop to our friends' wedding. The resort offered nice experiences for us a couple, as well as a larger group. The rooms are well appointed, the variety of restaurants and bars are excellent, and the grounds are beautiful. We are in our 60s, so prefer to vacation and relax without children; however, this is a family resort.
- AdvisoryStudent Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room.
