Our butlers, Houston and Armando, were exceptionally polite and helpful. Beautiful hotel and grounds, good size rooms and everything in good condition and working. We will return for another stay soon. Excellent massages in spa. Food very good also. Top shelf liquors included at the several bars.

Great times in the Dominican!
Loved every bit of our vacation! Friendly staff and great food. Entertainment every night :) Enjoyed both Jr and Renoldo helping us with anything we wanted! Excellenta!! great ocean view from our fourth floor room and wonderful walks on the beach.

We had an amazing time. We love this resort for many reasons. We loved the service. We are IHG members so we had a basic room with a butler. Junior was amazing. Always on anything needed or wanted. We had a couple of issues and both were addressed immediately. The resort is small which makes everything close. Beach, pool and restaurants were played out and easy to access. My hubs hurt his back and walking is an issue for him. Everything was close. Food and service at all the restaurants is 10/10. I had grilled lobster every evening. We loved the Japanese restaurant to most. The grounds were beautiful and in tip top order every morning. You can get fresh coconuts near the pool. Amazing. I think you can get Chardonnay, Savion blanc and a red with the basic room and maybe a red. You can get sangria and so many different liqueur. We were able to get grey goose vodka which is amazing. We did not do star prestige so I don’t know much about it. Our friends got massages and more than basic wines as well as their own spit on the beach. We had breakfast delivered a few times and room service. Always great! Fruit and coffee every morning delivered. Just book it! Amazing vacation.

Wonderful Resort
Beautiful resort inside and out. Very good food and drink. Dressel Divers is at the Iberostar next to the JOIA Bavaro. Easy to access for daily dives if you wish. They were reasonably priced, friendly and professional. The golf club nearby is beautiful and not difficult for the average golfer. The spa was great. Had a couple of massages there. Due to my length of stay, my rounds of golf were free and my messages were discounted.

Great Resort
We loved the resort. What stood out to us most were how nice the people were who work there. Shester and Eduardo were our "butlers" and they were extremely helpful and attentive the entire time we were there. I can't say enough about them! The food was very good considering it was an all inclusive resort and our experience in the past at other resorts in terms of food has not been great. We loved the Casa De La Playa restaurant, the Japanese (which is the only one you need to make a reservation for) and the Italian (La Tentazione) one along with the Bella Visa buffet restaurant. We were much less impressed with the the French (Le Tourbillon) and the Surf and Turf (El Galeon) Restaurants and would not go back to those. The pool was great with lots of areas with shade that we appreciated.
