Amazing experience! Resort is stunning, staff is incredible. They ALL make you feel like 'family'. Shout out to the executive manager Jessica for how she runs this resort, Yary, Ceasar, Ortiz, Dai were all outstanding in their friendliness and truly making you feel like you've been friends for years. Our ocean view room was big and what a view! The buffet was exceptional and specialty restaurants were just that.....special. Water is beautiful turquoise and huts are abundant. We enjoyed the entertainment although some of the new pop music was played a little too much for out taste. Don't know if we'll ever find a resort as magnificent as this one. The bar is set real high after staying here! GO....you won't regret it!!

Wonderful vacation
Excellent resort with great amenities and food I stayed closest to the beach with a view of the ocean. A little more expensive, but definitely worth it. You also get Butler service which handles all your needs at the resort if you have any. One of the best restaurants there was the Japanese food in the hibachi grill, amazing sushi, and experience. Definitely hang out at the spa. It’s a very private pool with whirlpool in a beautiful setting as well as a retractable roof. The only issue had was with room service which was a bit slow at times I would definitely go back

Paradise!!
This is truly our favorite resort. People, service, amenities and the property around the complex is fantastic. Here, we always feel like at home. People that work here, make this place really like no other place on earth. The one person that is one of our favorite is Eduardo. He is always our butler. He makes sure that our stay here is always flawless.

Excellent Customer Service
An absolutely wonderful experience and the customer service was top-notch! Cesar, our butler, was always available and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Magdalena, our housekeeper, was sweet and kind and kept our house looking great. Samuel was part of our wait staff several times, and he kept us laughing and the drinks flowing! Everyone who worked at the exquisite golf course, to the beach wait staff, to the transportation staff was amazing. I would recommend Iberostar to anyone, and I truly hope to visit JOIA Bávaro in Punta Cana again!!!! Thank you all!!!!

What a great resort.
This is our fourth time being in this fabulous resort. We consider this place as our "second home" away from the place were we live. Everything about this property is pretty much 💯 percent perfect. We met many exceptional people here, but the one that really stands out is Eduardo ( our butler). He is always ready to help us with anything that we need. In my opinion, Iberostar should be very fortunate to have people like Eduardo working for them.
- Advisory*Important Information* The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced: -Motorized water sports may be banned -Non-motorized water sports may be limited or banned -Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts get a permit enabling them to serve alcohol to nonnative people during the ban) -Music may be limited or silenced
