General Policies & Fine Print
Check-in Policy - Hotel requires a credit/debit card authorization or cash deposit upon check-in for incidentals; this will place a hold on your funds. Upon check-in, guests are required to pay the local government's Environmental Fee and the Resort Fee directly to the hotel. The combined total is $185.00 Mexican Pesos per room, per night. This amount is subject to change without notice.
Any guest under 24 years old traveling without a legal parent/guardian is required to pay a mandatory non-refundable insurance fee of $30.00 USD per person upon check-in (this fee must be paid in cash).
Convention Policy - Individuals attending a convention that is held elsewhere cannot book this property for their stay. If found attending an off-site convention, guests may be subject to higher room rates upon arrival.
Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment.
Transfer Policy - Transfers to/from the resort are not included; transportation can be added during checkout.
General Information - Room taxes and service fees are included in vacation price.
Minimum night stay restrictions may apply.
Reservation changes may not be permitted unless authorized by the hotel.
Student/Youth Policy - Legal age for check-in in Mexico is 18 years of age. All students under the age of 18 years old (but no less than 17 years of age) traveling without parent(s), will be required to present parental acknowledgement that the student is allowed to travel internationally and will accept full responsibility for their actions while on property. For every nineteen (19) students under the age of eighteen (18), one (1) adult chaperone (minimum 24 years of age) is required staying on property.
- Student/Youth Travelers are defined as any person under 24 years of age, traveling without legal parent/guardian, and is applicable at ALL Oasis properties on a year-round basis.
- Student/Youth Resort Fee: Any guests meeting the above-definition of “Student/Youth Travelers” are subject to the following security deposit: a $30.00 USD non-refundable student/youth insurance will be collected from each guest at the time of Hotel check-in. Acceptable form of payment: CASH only. Policy is mandatory, per person and not refundable.
- As a general rule, Oasis Hotels & Resorts will only accept Student/Youth GROUPS at Grand Oasis Cancun (not applicable to family travel).
*Please note the legal drinking age in Mexico is 18.

We went 6 nights to the hotel, At firsthand, the employees where the best, since the beginning to the last, their recommendations and tips in a wholesome way I can’t remember all the names from the staff, but the sales team the lady that is in the morning, she help us a lot, the guy from the concierge team, ma men, I sincerely ask him a lot to make my girlfriend’s birthday the best day, and thanks to him it happens, the lady’s from the cashier I bothered her a lot to get tips for the employees from the restaurants sorry 🫣 But I love all My best regards Enrique Gonzalez 1317 August 22-28

Great service, servers very attentive to our needs and requests.
The service at the restaurants was phenomenal. Angel was great accommodating our large group at one table for breakfast every morning. The bartender on the beach was fantastic and making our specific drink requests. It was also very nice to have a private bed on the beach.

Amazing paradise in Cancun!
This hotel never disappoint us, always is nice to return to the sens. Our suit was big and have a jacuzzi in the balcony that’s allow us to have a nice time during the sunset during we enjoyed a Champaign before dinner time. The housekeeping team did a great job decorating the suit with balloons as we were having a birthday celebration. The food in the outlet is outstanding with impecable profesional services. The staff knew about our special birthday celebration and make everything special for us. We were with friends who also were treated very well making special touches for them too. I highly recommend the sección where is the balinese bed they have a bar in this sección and the bartender and server on the beach club are amazing and on top of everything. Santiago was our server in the beach club this guy know about service and the bartender I don’t remember his name makes the best margaritas ever we had a lot of fun in the private pool they have on the beach club. Our server for breakfast Angel is the best he was waiting for us with mimosas every morning and the service was excellent thank you Angel! You mush try the sushi place it is a nice restaurant great cocktails And the sushi amazing ! Thank you so much Oasis sens for such an amazing hotel and make us feel like home ! I don’t want to forget about the beach the water is clear clean and refreshing ! We had a bless!! Thank you Mike from Vail Colorado !

Love it!
Great experience! Fantastic amenities Love the rooms, restaurants and location! Staff super nice, specially housekeeping, servers. Kudos to Irene, victor, Ricardo/Richard & Angel from Miramar. The Coffee & You place is a must every morning to start your day and find your friends! Can’t wait to go back!
