We had a great experience at the Fiesta Americana All Inclusive Hotel. It was clean, the food from the buffet was great as well as the tacos from the Taqueria and all the snacks/food at the pool. It was a great surprise to find great food at an all inclusive. The best part was the staff, they are friendly and caring. Specifically Heraclio and Reyes from the buffet. They are awesome and made our days at the hotel even better. The hotel isn’t big which was really helpful when you travel with kids. The entertainment at the pool is great but I think they can have more night entertainment/shows with a chance to dance. The sargassum is bad, we couldn’t enjoy the beach. We understand the hotel is not responsible for that, but they might do a better job cleaning it.

Satisfecha
arrived and were greeded with respect and a smile except the VIP check in was closed and had to go to front desk. The gentlemen there was annoyed already and kept asking for ID then no he asked for the book passport back and forth as he was immigration officer. As to the hotel I have to say our rooms were cleaned everyday by Alejandra our housekeeper. Room service when called was very amicable. Oh but let me tell you I give huge prop to our waiters Jose, Eladio, Ramiro and unfortunately can't remember the other 3 and of course the bartender. They made us feel welcome they took care that we were satisfied at all times. We ate at Kalmia the buffer can't complain, Don Roberto you have to try the quesadillas con chicharron at El Mexicanisimo we had the flautas appetizer and they were delicious and at Cevicheria we had shrimp cocktail and fish tacos they were good but not great. Overall I loved my stay!!

Staff Shout out <3
As someone who works in hotels, I have to say the front desk staff was at best okay. The person who checked in my 2nd room when my parents got here was a bit rude and lost. BUT Everyone one else was truly amazing! All the waiters, all the bartenders and Alejandra the housekeeper! <3 My parents hardly every travel so I really wanted this trip to be memorable and it was truly made possible with Eladio and Jose! They really made them feel very welcomed and at home. Thank you.
