Our one-week stay at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun was not long enough, but my daughter and I will definitely be back with the rest of the family! We left incredibly pleased with the exceptional customer service we received at every restaurant—both indoor and outdoor—as well as the pool area, the spa, and the impeccable cleanliness of our room thanks to housekeeping. The addition of an extra lamp in our room made us feel heard, valued, and appreciated. From the moment we arrived, the staff at the front lobby welcomed us with kindness. Our first dinner at Kalmia set the tone for our stay, with our attentive server, Valentine, ensuring we had everything we needed. Throughout our dining experiences at Kalmia, Mexicano, San Telmo, Thai Kunn, and Cevicheria, we encountered incredible staff members who greeted us with smiles and provided outstanding service. A huge thank you to Leonardo, Nayelli, Esmeralda, Dennis, Orlando, Angel, Felipe, Cristian, Antonio, Jesus, Isaac, Daniel, Romina, Sara, Claudio, Jaime, Eduardo, Adriana, Minerva, Itzel, and Elena for taking the time to chat with us, offering recommendations on local attractions, and especially to Leonardo for creating a delicious and memorable dessert just for us on our last night at Mexicano! I’d also like to thank Kely for ensuring we always had fresh towels and for keeping our room spotless every day. Rosalia's quick response to our request for extra lighting was greatly appreciated and brightened our stay. A shout-out to Guillermo, Osvaldo, Fernando, Oscar, Daniel, and Isidro for the warm towels, tasty beverage recommendations (Amaretto Sours and Lemonade with Mint were favorites!), and all the delicious Aguachiles, shrimp cocktails, and Saltines we could desire! Thank you to Monserrat for welcoming us to the spa and guiding us through the sauna, steam room, cold plunge, and hot tub. My daughter loved learning about the health benefits of chlorophyll water! We also greatly appreciated Daphne and Veronica for our relaxing 80-minute deep tissue and hot stone massages. The gift of seashells was a lovely touch to commemorate our mother-daughter spa day. From breakfast to bedtime, the incredible staff demonstrated kindness, friendliness, and positive energy. The fact that they remembered our names speaks volumes about their commitment to ensuring each guest has an amazing experience at the Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun. From the moment you arrive, you’re greeted with a diverse array of dining options that cater to every palate. Thank you, Chef Daniel and Chef Miguel for your sharing your culinary talents! Restaurants: 1. Kalmia: This was our first dining experience, and it set a high standard. The attentive service, especially from our server Valentine, made us feel welcomed. The menu is a delightful mix of flavors that leaves you wanting more. 2. Mexicano: We loved this restaurant for its authentic Mexican cuisine. The staff here were fantastic, and we were especially grateful to Leonardo for crafting a memorable dessert just for us on our last night. 3. San Telmo: This venue offers a wonderful array of grilled meats and traditional Argentine dishes, perfect for those who enjoy a hearty meal. 4. Thai Kunn: For fans of Asian cuisine, this restaurant offers delicious Thai dishes that were both flavorful and beautifully presented. 5. Cevicheria: A must-visit for seafood lovers! The fresh ceviches and shrimp cocktails were highlights of our dining experience. Drinks: The beverage options were equally impressive. From the moment we arrived at the pool area, the staff, including Guillermo, Osvaldo, and Fernando, provided us with a variety of refreshing drinks. We enjoyed delightful recommendations like Amaretto Sours and Lemonade with Mint, which were perfect for cooling down. The attentive service across all dining venues ensured we always had what we needed, whether it was warm towels by the pool or tasty beverages to accompany our meals. In summary, the food and drink experience at Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun is a standout feature that truly enhances your stay. Unforgettable moments
Every single day was filled with smiling and welcoming staff. They genuinely enjoy being here and making everyone’s experience better. You take care of them. They will spoil you without question. Beautiful resort and super clean. elaido and Henry took care of us every time they saw us. Unforgettable experience thanks to the staff for making it so much better.

Crepe
Paola was great in the crepe section. Friendly. Fast service. Welcoming. Always serving me and the rest of the customers with a bright smile on her face. She also made sure that if any one had trouble ordering she would gladly make great reccomondations

Pure joy and entertainment!!
The best entertainment staff with Eddy and Andrew; they make our vacation definitely fun, we will back to this resort!! Night shows are great too! Javier Jackson is amazing, can’t wait to be back at Fiesta Americana Condesa next year!!!!!!

Alejandro!! I miss you my friend!!
This trip was my 4th time in Cancun, and I have to say my favorite stay was Fiesta Americana!!! I went with one of my close friend, it was her first time. Let me tell you we both were SO impressed by the food. I wasn’t expecting too much only because I’ve had others. Since we landed pretty early hung around ate some breakfast at the buffet and got to enjoy the pool before our room was ready. The staff at check in was incredible, we didn’t ask because we thought our room wasn’t going to be ready by 3pm but she said she’d try to help us to see if there would be anything earlier and she did! We got our room by 12pm! Oh I also wanted to mention we flew in from Florida the morning after Hurricane Helene had passed us. I was very worried but when I called to make sure things were up and running again the staff member reassured me it was beautiful out and back to normal. Indeed it was, the beach and resort didn't even look like a hurricane came through. I also wanted to thank our main pool servers, Alejandro & Osvaldo. ALEJANDRO : He went above & beyond, we actually met him in the buffet our 1st day and recognized him 2nd day at the pool after his rotation schedule. Very attentive, made sure he waved to us every time he passed by to make sure we were good with our drinks. We had a cabana but kept going back and forth to the pool so he reserved 2 pool side lounge chairs for my friend and I which he didn't have to but he knew we kept going back and forth from our cabana. He is such a sweetie, always smiling and bringing us new drinks to try. & he told us if were hungry he'd also bring us food. He's literally the BEST!!!!! Of course we were gone for an excursion and would be leaving the next morning, I tried my best to find him that morning before checking out to say goodbye but I wasn't able to find him, his coworker at the coco loco told me he was off & resting 😭 but I was happy to hear he had time off. Quick funny story he introduced us to my new fav drink called Kelly Kelly. My name is Kim & my friend who traveled with me her name is Kelly so now I'll never forget that cocktail name. If you could please let Alejandro know Kim & Kelly (KellyKelly) girls said hello & we miss him already & sorry we didn't get to say goodbye. OSVALDO: Met him first day at the pool & he kept replenishing our drinks, as soon as we took our drinks and went for a swim we'd come back to our section with a new cocktail & shots ready to go! ALSO wanted to shout out Antonio & Henry in the buffet. & Veronica our housekeeper. They too took very good care of us. I definitely will be coming back soon, as this is my favorite stay.
