Amazing Resort!
We went as a group of 8 and had the best time! Resort is beautiful, food and drinks were delicious and the staff were very polite and always willing to help. Special shout out to Juan Jose who was our server on the beach all week - he’s brings such great energy and you can tell he loves his job. Can’t wait to return!

Amazing hotel and staff
We can’t say enough about this hotel, we have an amazing vacation every time! The hotel is beautiful but the staff is like family to us. Fernanda makes sure every detail is taken care of- checks on us every day! Amazing service from everyone you come in contact with but to mention a few: Felix and Pedro (lobby bar), Nemias,Sandro,Rodrigo,rosalindo,Carlos, Eduardo (pool bar) Claudio,Isidro, JJ, Henry, Arli, Francisco, Jose, Sebastian, Manuel (in the restaurants). We will be back for trip #44 this fall!

Best Buffet Team in Cancun
We were at this resort for a week in March 2024 and came back on February 6 in 2025. Overall service is excellent and food is well above competitors in Cancun. What makes this all inclusive resort really special is the breakfast and lunch buffet manager Eladio. He goes above and beyond with just not us but with every guests in the buffet area. I work in the client service industry and I am truly humbled by his genuine hospitality and warmth and he is main reason why we decided to return to this resort. Other memorable names from the buffet, Nayeli who greeted us with smile every morning, Henry G and Henry S who took great care of us every day at the restaurant, we can’t thank you all enough.

AMAZING SERVICE
The five of us had an amazing 5-7 day vacation at the Condessa from January 27 to February 3, 2-25. Great Service, Weather, and Food. The expanded/remodeled lobby bar is perfect for large crowds with plenty of seating. Our beach waiter (forget his name) worked his butt off all day taking car of all the pallappas. We will definately be back.

Best family holiday !!!!
Had an amazing time with my family here! Staff were amazing and food was great ! The upper pool was perfect for kids having a shallow area and no music. We didn’t wait long for restaurants but we did always arrive early for breakfast and dinner - I’m sure it got buzy later. The Ceviche, Italian, sushi, and pool side eating spots were excellent. The following staff went above and beyond ! We will be back for sure !!
