Live Aqua is top notch. We come back every year. The staff is truly exceptional. Stephany and Arturo are wonderful butlers and make sure you are pampered. Chef Willie and Victor made our meal at MB incredible. All of the restaurants serve delicious meals.

This was our second trip to Live Aqua, our first was in 2022. We booked the Aqua Suite both times, primarily for the butler experience. It was an additional $2000, but we had such a wonderful experience in 2022 that we paid it again. Something changed at this resort in the last few years. We had two butlers. We never even met one of the butlers and they never spoke to us. The other butler was ok, but was unable to reserve cabanas for us. That is one of the key reasons to book the Aqua Suite and pay the extra $2k. We were told they were “full,” although they were mostly empty during the day. We also constantly had issues with restaurants not being available, despite them sitting empty. I mentioned this to the resort, whose only solution was to provide us another butler. This was on the last day of our stay, and even he never did anything for our anniversary, was unable to book restaurants, etc. This is still a beautiful resort, with great pools, food, and entertainment, but do yourself a favor and avoid the expensive suite packages.

I was evicted on first night and dumped back at airport when I had too much to drink. Then they charged my Visa card an additional $322.88 after prepaying my trip to this resort. Watch out!! I would NOT go here because this was very unethical. No-don’t go!

Great good, including in room dining and pool food! Drinks were high quality. Enjoyed every meal. Service was excellent as well. Mauricio at Azur was an awesome server when we ate there for breakfast. Limited pool seating though so you have to save seats early.
