Had a great experience, Marvalyn aka Marvalous was a great concierge and made the stay fantastic. The staff was great and the property was clean and nice. We will be back! Food was good as well and we had lots of fun at the beach and pool bar. Ask for Travis at the pool bar.

Amazing Trip
Went to the Iberostar Grand to celebrate my sister’s 50th birthday! We had a blast. The hotel is gorgeous. Marvelyn aka Marvelous the concierge was absolutely amazing. Our housekeeper Sharon really took care of us. The staff was so friendly and welcoming it was like being at home!. I’m definitely coming back again soon.

Best Time Ever!!!
This was the best trip ever. The hotel is awesome! Staff is awesome! Shouting out Marvalyn the Marvelous concierge. She took really good care of us and went above and beyond! Sharon Evans our housekeeper was awesome as well. The whole trip was absolutely amazing!! Will be coming back next year!

Great vacation
Staff was wonderful . Moesha was very nice. Rooms are clean and nice. Fun place great food. I would recommend it for anybody.. I plan to come back to the same place. The Friday buffet was very elegant and nice seafood and steak. The games at the pool and the shows were fun. Everybody seems to be very happy working here. It makes us feel happy.

An Excellent Trip
What can i say? My trip to Jamaica was expectional. It started off on a rough patch when I got to the Spanish court hotel and it wasnt up to par and the amentites and appearance did not match to what I saw on the internet. I immediately pulled out my phone to book another property and then I stumbled on, iberostar JOIA. I thought for a minute then I went to the reviews, after reading 30 reviews I was then satisfied. What can I say??? I never made a better choice!!! The staffs are AMAZING!!! customer service is amazing. I must recommend the chefs at the italian restaurant, Jamaican restaurant, galleon restaurant and french restaurant. Big up to Deshawn from the Pool Bar, he made me some great drinks. Angel from entertainment kept me entertained as well. Everyone was so warm and welcoming I felt at home. Big thanks to ms Georgina, the concierge who assisted me with getting dinner reservations at the Italian restaurant, because I came back late from my excursions. Her customer service is top notch, If yall should go to Iberostar JOIA. YOU SHOULD ASK FOR MS GEORGINA. She’s a good worker. She also gifted me with a complimentary spa. I definitely will be coming back, but next time around it will be a girls trip.
