Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel like VIPs—like we were visiting family rather than staying at a resort. Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Throughout our visit, we had the pleasure of interacting with Marisol and Diego, who made us feel even more at home. Our stay at Grand Velas was an unforgettable luxury experience for the whole family. Our concierge, Astrid provided outstanding, personalized service, making every detail of our trip seamless. The overall service throughout the resort was exceptional—professional, warm, and attentive. A standout was the Michelin-starred Cocina de Autor, offering an innovative, world-class dining experience. Traveling with kids, we were incredibly impressed with the Kids’ and Teens’ Clubs, where our children were entertained with creative and fun activities while we enjoyed some relaxing time. The resort combines high-end elegance with family-friendly comfort, making it perfect for both couples and families. We left feeling refreshed, pampered, and eager to return. Highly recommended for those seeking a luxury all-inclusive escape.

Amazing experience- we will be back
We are flying home now from a 5 night stay with our 7 year old twins. We come to Cabo twice a year but this was our first time at Grand Velas! The service and food was amazing (and we are not easy to please) so it was refreshing to experience firsthand what so many others have said. Santiago our personal concierge made the trip memorable and was so attentive. Every day we looked forward to sitting in Paul’s section at the pool- he works so hard and delivered such exceptional service to our family. The spa is a must and every restaurant was a favorite. We will definitely be back!

Kids club at Grand Velas Cabo!
Yaneli and Alejandra (honestly all the ladies) were both so amazing to my children in the kids club! They were warm and welcoming and had so many creative activities for the children every day. The foam party was a hit! And so was the Fourth of July Celebration!
