11/10 – Gustavo is the definition of world-class service! From the moment we arrived, Gustavo went above and beyond—100% of the time. He was always available, incredibly attentive, and made every interaction feel personal and sincere. Every request, no matter how big or small, was handled thoroughly and quickly. He didn’t just do his job—he cared. You could tell he genuinely wanted us to have the best experience possible. Whether it was arranging last-minute reservations, refilling the wine, or just checking in to make sure we were doing okay, Gustavo exceeded every expectation. He made our trip smoother, more enjoyable, and truly unforgettable. He’s the kind of person who turns a great resort into an exceptional one. Great time at the resort!
The resort is beautiful and I am a Club Melia Member since 1996. I have never had a concierge as professional and attentive as Eriol. Eriol made sure our every need was addressed and that our vacation would be an amazing experience. Eriol made sure we had reservations at the finest restaurant at Palma Real (Flora) for my daughter’s birthday and surprisingly there was a homemade cake at the end with her name on it and it was delicious. My daughter was so surprised and impressed and we have Eriol to thank for that and a wonderful vacation at Paradisus Palma Real.

A vacation in paradise
Had a fantastic time the features and service were excellent especially our personal concierge Emmanuel. I had a romantic love story dinner planned and he made the experience effortless and she was very happy. Additionally, he was very knowledgeable about activities and any questions I had regarding booking excursions etc. Did a fantastic job also booking nightly dinners as well. We will be coming back and look to request him specifically. Staff was all very friendly. We enjoyed the nightly entertainment as well.

Amazing Vacation The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real
We had an amazing 6 night getaway for our 1st time visiting the Dominican Republic in the Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real. From the moment we arrived the staff was very attentive to our every need. Samuel was excellent at check-in. Dalmis and Gustavo provided a wonderful personal experience as our personal concierges. They surprised us with a very special dinner at Sante with a pair of lobster tails, shrimp, vegetables, and fried plantain chips. Manuel, Gustavo and Enrique provided excellent service each night we had dinner there. Pedro was amazing and always checking on us as our cocktail concierge each day at the beach. Emmanuel was another personal concierge we met upon arrival who escorted us to our room. Each and every time we ran into him at the resort he took a moment to speak with my wife and I. All in all we loved every moment and look forward to our next visit in 2027 with our adult children and grandchildren. 5🌟 All the Way!
