    It was okay

    Activities were great but keeping my room stocked with towels and the quality of food at the buffets were mediocre at best. The Japanese restaurant was great but getting reservations for a party of 8 was awful.

    Family vacation

    The resort is beautiful. The food was good. The staff was very nice. I have an issue with the shower/tub design in the Loft suites. Water collects around the edge of the tub and there is no drain. It eventually ends up on the floor. My family and I slipped a few times until we realized the water was draining on the floor. Please correct this design flaw.

    One and Done

    Went for a family vacation. Overall our stay was fine but had a difficult time communicating with staff and the food left much to be desired. The swim up pool rooms seem to be the best option but there are only a handful. We enjoyed that more than the actual pool.

    1st visit to Grand Palladium

    Overall visit was ok, food quality was ok unable to book reservations when wanted, when checked in no one explain we needed to do this which didn’t allow me to go the more restaurants
