  The Cenote Dinner is a MUST!

  Last night, we had dinner at the Cenote. Alexis was an amazing maitre D for the evening. He made sure that we were completely taken care of the entire night. Our evening began with a traditional Mayan marriage blessing by a shaman. Following the blessing, after we had a mini photo shoot. The pictures turned out beautifully! The food was amazing. The atmosphere was private and incredibly romantic. It is hard to believe we were able to get a reservation, but it seems like the Cenote dinner experience is the best kept secret at the TRS Yucatan. There is an extra charge for this experience, but it will be the most memorable part of our anniversary vacation.

  Unforgettable dinner at Tentazione.

  Our dinner at the Tentazione restaurant was especially enjoyable because of the wonderful service provided by our waiter, Señor Saul. He was super fun, and he helped me practice my caveman-Spanish throughout the night. Thank you so much for the memorable dinner.

  Summer Get Away

  It was a fun week in Cancun at the TRS Yucatan Hotel. The Infinity pool was beautiful and the it was not very crowded. The food was incredible and the services was excellent.

  Truly wonderful stay at the TRS

  What a truly amazing holiday this was for 2 weeks - the TRS certainly delivered and we appreciate all the hard work that goes into it from the staff - they are all amazing. We only had one issue which was quickly resolved to our satisfaction at the start of our holiday. The main pool area was a joy and very comfortable and the bar staff work hard in making ordered drinks to your own liking - they worked so hard. We were quite generous in tipping and rewarded good service to all areas of the hotel. We would formerly like to show our appreciation to all the staff within the Hotel - Each and everyone works so hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. And you did. We dont normally single out people but would like to mention a few people please. Our Butlers: Itzel, Ramon and Angle were all fantastic, polite and very client focused to our needs. We really though that were amazing and very professional - Thank you once again Tentazione: Orlando the waiter was so hard working and really made our visits the best it can be. Thank you kindly. Capricho: Jenifer, Laura, Monsterrat, Arrulfo and Romualdo - Excellent service and attention to details - Once again thank you guys. Our STAR of the whole complex goes to the beautiful young lady named Maria (TRS reception cleaner) what an asset to the company she is. She worked so so hard, working her socks off to keep the lobby and toilets in pristine condition. She is a STAR and should be cherished, Thank you Maria and you really made an impression on us. All the staff deserved praise and what we saw was dedication and hard work to satisfy and make our holiday enjoyable. And you delivered.
