Oct 03, 2024Great adult only resort, with amazing staff
We travelled to this 5 star hotel for two weeks in August. When we arrived we were greeted with a drink of sparkling wine and a lot of smiles from the staff of the hotel. We checked in and a gentleman called Juan took us to our room, unfortunately there was an issue but Juan soon sorted it out with his patience and kindness. Our room was in block 69 and we definitely had the best 3 butlers to make our holiday amazing, they were called Carlos, Andrea and Fernando. Opposite our block was Le Terraza pool which was our favourite pool as it was always so quiet, The private beach for TRS was a short buggy ride away where you could find a soft white sandy beach, plenty of sun beds , a full stocked bar and a fabulous choice of freshly cooked meals for lunch. On our first night we went to Helios near the infinity pool and our table was decorated with petals ? While we were enjoying our fab meal a gentleman approached you and introduced himself. He was the general manager (called Jonathan) and wanted to make sure that we were settled in our room as he had heard about our problem earlier on in the day. He apologised for the issue , gave us his business card and told us not to hesitate if they was anything else he could do to make our holiday memorable. My husband and I were very surprised and delighted by Jonathan dedication to his job , TRS you are so lucky to have him in your hotel.!! Another member of staff who I would like to thank is Jorge at the reception area he was friendly , funny and just a lovely person. The Bingo is a fun night and my husband actually won $200 which we used for a massage at Zentropia spa. Also another great night is the Chic Caberet , the food ,dancers and singers were top notch. As we were on holiday for two weeks we decided to go on a few trips. We went to see the travel rep in the hotel , her name was Brenda so friendly and helpful,a true gem. We didn’t book with Tui as the rep wasn’t as friendly or knowledgeable as Brenda. We had half a days sailing on a catamaran where we went snorkelling through the coral reef, definitely one banked in our memory for a long time. The second trip was in 4 part parts, Tulum ruins -cenota- swimming with turtles- meal on a private beach , the company was called Cancun adventures. While we were away it was my birthday and our wedding anniversary and Carlos our butler decorated our room which was a lovely surprise. TRS we hope to return very soon to enjoy another holiday in Mexico

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here for 9 nights. The problems we did have were minor and could happen anywhere but were resolved within a day or so. The white sandy beach is a ten minute golf cart ride through all the other joined resorts but they make it accessible. A lot of the restaurants did make an effort to accommodate food restrictions and left us “happy honeymoon” special deserts. Butler service is absolutely amazing. So attentive. Poolside service can be slow at times and the food was generally good. It is 1.5ish hour drive from cancun airport but most excursions allow pick up at TRS

Best spa and best massage !
My mum and I had a spa and got a massage and body scrub from Ruth and Carmen and it was literally the best massage we have had. They were fantastic! Totally incomparable. The spa was incredible too, we were uber relaxed by the end of the few hours! Definitely recommend Ruth and Carmen! 👏👏 Thank you both so much!

Great stay, good food.
There not much not to like at this hotel.. butler service is flawless, waiters excellent and the food at Helios in the evening is banging (Viktor served is this evening and was very friendly and attentive all night), ! It’s only our forth night night so still more things to try and experience but so far so good.

Great Adults Only Vacation
5/5 love this resort. Ignacio at Gaia bar is great! Personable and ready to serve wonderful drinks! He was able to direct us toward a great tequila to try during our stay. Catalino was also great, and happy to meet our needs! Always a smile and a kind word to give.
