Overall the resort was great. Most of the employees in different capacities were good, pleasant and helpful. The trams and boats that run between different buildings and sites were a great way to get around especially for older people and little children irrespective of the time of the day.There must be more bathroom facilities outside for people who walk around. It was very difficult to find a bathroom when we're outside of our rooms or restaurants. It would be great if you can add a walking trail with benches and chairs along side so that people can enjoy the outdoors.

Food was amazing. The staff was fun, and great it was a wonderful food experience and great entertainment Show was special and great to watch staff was so attentive it was interactive and fun experience. I would highly recommend this experience to everyone.

Food was phenomenal. We started with the chicken wings and pork skewers. They were very good and for our entree I got the pad Thai and my wife got the pork ribs. Very delicious and the waiter was active in getting everything we needed. Very pleased overall.

Our 40th anniversary
Awesome place for vacation, please and staff are very caring and courteous. Lots of choices to eat , Italian, French , Japanese,Thai, also two of the international Buffet. We liked special attention from Miss Katy , Cook Deepak and supervisor Mr Willian , Also our Buttler Mr Jesus was very attentive, and took care of our every need . House Keepers are very hard working and maintenance Guys are quick to fix the problem. Will visit this resort hopefully every year . We came to celebrate our 40 years of wedding Anniversary. They made us feel as if it was our new Honeymoon. Thanks to all at TRS Cancun resort !

I paid the highest price for a four-day stay. The property is clean, but the food selection and quality are horrible.
