Horrible experience
Horrible experience They are very cruel and they can send you out to sleep on streets anytime. We booked 2 double bed rooms for two families 1 month before. After going there they have a room to my friend’s family and after that they gave a room to me saying “Unfortunately, we don’t have any double bed rooms anymore and we can give you roller beds. We were okay and after going to the rooms my friend was shocked to see only 1single bed for a family of 4. They did not even tell them that there is no double bed. When we went to ask they told “That is all they we have and Be happy you got a roof to sleep”. After so much discussion they told us they are not giving any rooms to us and we have to leave with kids. The time was 1:45 AM and they even called the cops to make us leave the rooms. Cops told “They were just there to make sure nobody is harmed and they can’t involve in the room matters”. We had to leave the rooms and sleep in our cars as we had only 2 hours left to leave for ferry to Culebra at 6:00 AM and it would take us 1 hour to get to the ferry. This was the worst experience for us. They don’t not even care about kids. We had booked the rooms for 2 nights and the 3rd party Priceline is also not ready to refund the money. They made our trip to Puerto Rico as a hell. They can ask you to leave if you question them anything. We had very good experience in Hampton Inn previous night as they provided the rooms we had booked for but Holiday gave us a nightmare. Think twice before you book rooms in holiday inn. This will not allow me to post unless I give atleast 1 star. Otherwise it is 0.

Great location and hotel
I had a great stay at this Hotel. Perfect location, short walk to Condado beach and a short Uber to old San Juan . Or a nice 45 min stroll. Plenty of places to eat / drink nearby. Area seemed safe aswell. Breakfast was good enough. Decent little gym for a small workout. Pool isn’t anything special but the beach is so close you don’t really need it. The room was really good. All the staff very welcoming and helpful. One girls at reception I didn’t get her name (short curly hair) was super helpful with my checking out and storing my luggage etc so I would like to say Thankyou to her .

Good location
Decent hotel. The staff was pretty good. Very close to the beach and lots of places to eat. You could walk to the cruise terminal but I wouldn’t want to carry luggage that far so you should take a taxi or an Uber. Price was good and I wouldn’t say here again.

Great Location
Let’s start by saying this is such a great spot near everything in El Condado. One of us even reached El Morro (viejo San Juan) after a 4mi jog. Distrito T-mobile and Viejo San Juan were both 10-15min car-ride away. We visited El Yunque through a tour company suggested by hotel staff (45min away). Definitely recommend if you’re adventurous! The room was beautifully decorated and breakfast was pretty good. Few things to note is that the lagoon (beside hotel) overflowed one day and filled 1/2 the street. The bathroom took a min to find because it was hidden behind a wooden sliding door and there was a love seat in front of it. The lobby carpet could've been kept up more and the elevator sounded a bit rickety. The power did go out on the entire floor 5min before our checkout , but there weren’t any other power issues prev nights of our stay. Staff were very friendly/helpful and the bed gave us the best sleep!
