Mar 16, 2025Amazing Housekeeping - Maria Ibal
We have been coming to stay at this resort every year for 15 years with our family and stay at the Vacation Club timeshare. This year we brought our 8-month old son and Maria Ibal on the housekeeping staff made our stay a very special one to remember! When she first came to our room, Maria noticed that we tried to put a sheet over a window in our kitchen area to block out the sun for our baby's naps. Maria realized light was still coming in so she proactively called for maintenance to come up to our room to securely tape bath towels over the window which served as perfect blackout shades! Our son slept so much better for his naps after this! Maria also set up a special bed on the pullout couch (with pillow borders for safety) for our son to play on every day and every time she cleaned the kitchen, she made sure to clean out our son's dirty bottles without us even asking to her to do that. She was so kind and caring for our family that we looked forward to seeing her every day! By the end of the trip, our son was reaching out for her and giving her hugs! We've been home for two weeks now and our son is still playing with a little dog Maria made out of a towel for him! We really hope to have Maria next year again. She felt like an extension of our family!

Spent a week at Sheraton P.V. in March 2025. Upon our arrival at 8pm we checked in and were IMMEDIATELY sent to the Timeshare reps by the front desk who did everything they could to Disrupt our arrival experience. Couldn’t care less that we were hungry & tired. I believe the reps. name was ROSA…something. As a result of us saying NO to her we received NO Welcome drink or any info on the Hotel and it’s Facilities. Food was ok other than Punta Sal Restaurant. This restaurant is part of the A.I. Pkg. but there is very little to choose from if you want to stay with the All Inclusive pkg. 90% of menu not available unless an additional charge is applied. I ordered a NewYork Strip steak, my wife Rosemary Chicken. Her Chicken was COMPLETELY BLACK & BURNT. My Steak could not be cut with any knife they gave me. As I attempted to cut into my Steak, the entire table SHOOK with my effort. Left the Entire meal on the table. What a DISAPPOINTMENT. Better Resorts available for the money spent..🤔🤔

Wonderful time at the Sheraton
The staff at the Sheraton were amazing! Always friendly, very helpful and gave great service with a smile. The rooms were very clean, comfortable with gorgeous views. We really enjoyed watching the whales from the beach, lounging by the pool and breakfast outside. We also really enjoyed the Fiesta, excellent food!

Awesome place!
We loved our stay and would definitely come again! The staff was amazing the rooms were very clean and in great condition! Have zero complaints about this resort! I wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere but the Sheraton the great location and fabulous view of the ocean was incredible!

As always- another terrific vacation at the Sheraton Buganvilias!
We have stayed at the Sheraton Buganvilias many times and always enjoyed it for its fantastic and convenient location, attentive Elite lounge staff- (thank you guys- you always make our stay terrific) the pool staff that really looks out for you and treats you wonderfully- the front desk staff , the bell staff that always remembers us year after year! and the management who treats us with real appreciation and respect each year, we can not tell you how your kindness and support make each trip there better and better. the new restaurant is great and we enjoyed it almost every day. THANK YOU ALL FOR ANOTHER REMARKABLE VACATION!
