    Blackjack

    Excellent personal skills, super friendly (Lupita), would play again. However like all blackjack games she kicked our butt!! Super cute, nice butt, great smile, speaks Spanish and English! Cheerful! Exciting! Only reason we came to the pool!

    She is awesome

    Super cute and very friendly! Love her! Lupita is the best!!!!! She is the only reason the poool was enjoyable!!!! We’d only come back for her, she was very accommodating!!!!!!!!’ So many smiles and very friendly! We loved her attitude! Speaks English and Spanish! She is the only reason we came to them pool everyday! Great experience and water aerobics

    Wedding Stay

    We spent five nights there for a wedding. Great location and safe. We enjoyed our stay with friends and family. Our kids loved the kids club and especially Lesley - she was awesome! Food and drinks were what you expect from an all inclusive hotel.

    Excellente!

    My wife and I have been to the Buenaventura many times over the years and are now members of. We have very much enjoyed Fausto for his excellent service and friendship! He is a wonderful human being and the Buenaventura is blessed to have him as an ambassador and employee. Thank you, Fausto! We look forward to seeing you on our next visit!

    Pleasant beach front hotel that is walking distance to Malecon

    Good location a short walk to Malecon, beach front, nice pools, pleasant and helpful staff, very clean hotel. Food is mediocre (typical for all-inclusive resorts). Our room was OK but we requested a balcony and ocean view and didn't get it.
