    Memorable celebrations. I stayed to celebrate my birthday and father’s day with my wife , with good memories.

    Grate rooms, cleanest, good breakfast, jacuzzi 10th floor nice view, all staff very friendly. The restaurant have variety menu with nice flavors. Have facilities to the beach , nice swimming pool to children and adults. Modern and grate buildings

    Have stayed many times...

    I've been absent from this forum for awhile, busy on others, so here we go... We recently took some friends to join us in celebrating our 22nd wedding anniversary. Good "Choice". They've got some great folks working there: Jen & Eliana at the concierge helm; speak excellent English, are extremely personable, attentive & an overall joy to converse with. Lorenzo, a food & beverage guy, always on the ball! Patrolling his areas making sure all is well & never failing to greet us with a smile and firm hand shake. Nice! Jorge: What a great waiter ! He happily glides about the dining room with his colorful pants, fedora hat & festive spirit with a practiced eye , ready to help his hungry patrons with whatever they may be in need of. What more could a diner ask for? All of the above Radisson employees (and a few more...) have always made us feel very welcome. Thank you! As far as the accommodations go, the double bedroom suites are no less than excellent. 'nuff said! The elevators worked flawlessly. The breakfast is among the best we've ever had in ANY resort and the pool area/ beach are the perfect places to enjoy a beautiful end to the day. We hope to return in November for my dear wife's birthday!

    More cons than pros

    Pros: The staff was friendly, the space for the king size room was very nice. We stayed here for 3 nights and check-in and check-out was easy. There is free parking on site and plenty of sparking. The housekeeping staff was beyond friendly. Cons: The hotel has a moist feel followed by a "scent." I think the scent is due to the moisture in the air similar to a damp towel. The rug is a "turn off" and the bathroom door in room 429 was broken. Unfortunately I did not take a picture of it but it can def be remodeled. Jacuzzi was overpacked during my stay and the temp of the water was Luke warm. The pool was basic. My best advice is to keep the air conditioning on in the room because it will help take away the scent.

    It’s okay

    We spent 4 nights in an appartement inside the Radiason hotel. It’s okay, everything is just okay. The spas on the roof are not for kids and the very basic pool closes at 8:00pm, this was disappointing as I was travelling with my son. Many surrounding buildings have much nicer pools and more luxurious infrastructures for the same price point. We regret booking here. It does, however offer good service from the bellboys and we were able to leave our suitcases safe after having signed out and before our flight, which was appreciated. It was closer to Centro and Bocagrande than we expected. It is safe. A bit noisy at night and the menu is limited (no soft drinks). Food was ok. Part of the ceiling fell on a worker cooking breakfast on the terrasse. Expect noise from airplanes and for the highways behind.

    Very nice hotel in Cartagena

    Very nice hotel in Cartagena. Very clean and good services. It's located near the airport (about five minutes by car). The property in front of a beach. There is a nice bar and restaurant, with a varied menu options.
