Great experience at this resort! Lots of food options - Bordeaux (the French restaurant) was our fave and Marco our server was especially fantastic! Great vibes if you want lots of activities to do, and lots of space around the pool and beach.

Amazing
The Teppanyaki service was amazing! The food was delicious and Esteban gave us a great performance! The steak, the chicken, and the shrimp are very good! Best meal of the vacation!!!

We had a very good time at Dreams Sapphire Resort & Spa. There was lots of variety of foods available at the World Buffet, and we loved the chef stations for fresh eggs at breakfast and made to order pasta. The Coco Cafe kept us caffeinated throughout the day, and The Revive Bar was a great place to grab a sweet treat, a bowl of gelato or a milkshake-smoothie. (The smoothies made with milk are just fruit + ice + milk). The core memories from our trip will come from the Entertainment Team and the endless offering of activities. The staff were so friendly and took time to get to know guests by name. We particularly enjoyed Bracelet Making, Spanish Lessons, and sports with Abraham. Zumba lessons and water aerobics with Tony. And beach volleyball and origami with Martha. Our favourite time of day was 3pm at the Main Pool for the staff intros & dance, and the Crazy Games. Big thanks again to Abraham and Tony for including our kids in the intros and the follow the leader/hey baby dance. By mid week they were looking for their friends and inviting them to join in. This made such a difference! Thank you.

Hotel Spring Break Policy - This hotel cannot guarantee a spring-break-free environment. Student Groups (Spring Breakers) are not permitted at Hotel. A student group consist of those that travel without parent supervision or a responsible adult in each room. This could refer to but not limited to high school students or college students booking multiple rooms.
