    First Time to Puerto Rico

    Absolutely fantastic.. service was outstanding ! Rooms were clean an towels were fresh every day .. a little pricy but so relaxing and quiet ! the staff was so accommodating.. golf cart service to anywhere on the resort. The wedding venue was just breathtaking .

    Great experience with our 3 nights stay here

    Beautiful property, set on acres of land and the golf course for the Puerto Rico Open. Breakfast in Waters Edge restaurant is a delicious buffet with sooo many options! Yogurt selections, overnight oats, delicious cookies, omelets, pancakes, waffles made to order, bacon, sausage, and a lot more. Last, but definitely not least, the staff is amazing! Itzalia and Angel at the pool bar are especially friendly and efficient. Carmen in housekeeping too! So many others made our stay special. The room was large and we had a balcony near the beach. Beautiful view! We loved our stay here!!

    Amazing vacation! But expect it to cost much more than you think.

    Loved our experience and had a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing vacation, while also able to find time and outlets for activities and excursions. Loved and made great use of the pool bar and food truck, pool cabanas, Sand Trap, and Tapas Bar. But the on-site restaurants left much to be desired, mostly due to their exorbitant cost. And NOTHING at the resort is included in the expense of the stay, except use of kayaks and paddle boards. The restaurants, especially Prime 787, fell short of the exceptional execution I would expect for the truly exceptional prices. Nori was a standard teppanyaki restaurant, but it was fun and we enjoyed the food. We found ourselves frequenting the coffee shop and market for breakfast, because the breakfast restaurant also was overpriced. We did love the Sand Trap and spent several evenings there enjoying billiards, the golf simulators, and patronizing the bar. (Best coconut mojitos!)

    Delicious meal and excellent service

    My husband and I ate at Prime 787 at the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico. The dinner was amazing. Our steak was cooked to perfection. The wedge salad, brussels sprouts, and potatoes all excellent. Angelo was our waiter and was charming, funny, and made us feel very special. He gave 5 star service. Highly recommend!
