Relaxing and great service
We had a relaxing and lovely stay. The service is great from the bellhops Enrique & Flavio, to the entertainment staff, special should out to Mar, hot chocolate Jonny, sexy David, & Zuli who made our rainy day such a fun one. All of the staff is great! The beach was disappointing and unusable, which we knew was a possibility with the seaweed. I would also recommend the swim out rooms and bypass the hotub/Jacuzzi which was also unusable. Overall I did enjoy my stay.

Yucatan Princess
A very good stay at a very nice hotel. My favourite restaurant was the Rodeo Grill. The other restaurants were average. All staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pools are nice and the bar service is good. Our room came with a hot tub that didn't work well. I suppose we could have complained and upgraded, but we were too busy having fun doing other things. Special thanks to the bellhops, Enrique and Flavio! Super friendly and helpful guys!

Amazing vacation
My husband and I stayed at the resort the first week of June. We had an unbelievable time, the resort was immaculate, food and service was above and beyond. Special shutout to Lizeth and Gerameel for taking great care of us during our stay.

Pretty good trip ended Sour
My cousins and I took a trip out to Platinum Yucatan Princess for 5 days! We were greeted by Javier immediately. He took our bags and little did we know he would be a staple for our whole trip. Whenever he would see us he would ask us if we needed anything, gave us a ride, or if nothing else a smile and a funny face. His service was Top notch. The pools were great. The food was pretty good. Aroma as well as the steakhouse were good. I do with there was more of a sitdown style restaurant for breakfast. The only option was buffet and that isnt exactly my preferred style of eating. Some things I wish that were done better was more communications of activities going on. At times we were guessing or figuring out last minute what activities were going on and what to do. If we had known we wouldve been able to better plan out our days and maximize our time. Now to the reason for me giving three stars. Right at checkout members of our party was told there was a charge on their room for "hair on the sheets". Never heard of that and it seems like the hotel was trying to nickel and dime for something so petty. Overall experience was ok. Javier was amazing but unfortunately my family and I will not be back.

Perfect Honeymoon.
Me and my wife recently stayed at the resort for our honeymoon. The experience was great and we couldn’t have asked for better! From beginning to end, everything exceeded our expectations. The food was fantastic. All the restaurants and the buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, which were fresh and delicious. We genuinely looked forward to every meal we had. The cocktails were great too. The staff at the bars and restaurants were friendly and always ready to help. Our room was cleaned every day, to a high standard and attention to detail. The whole place was beautifully maintained. We wanted to give a special shout out to Javier, one of the bell boys who made a lasting impression on us. He was cheerful, helpful, and full of useful advice. He helped with our luggage and made everything feel effortless. Overall the staff made us feel truly welcomed and we felt well looked after throughout the entire stay. We couldn’t recommend this resort more highly. We left with incredible memories and already wish we could go back!
