Check in was quick and easy, offered welcome drinks while checking in. Staff was amazing here. I was fortunate enough to meet Rodrigo who is a manager. He is an amazing person and definitely goes the extra mile to make sure our stay was great. As a Globalist he made sure we received extra benefits. Pool vibe is great with DJ and free flowing drinks. Pool over looks beach and harbour very beautiful and makes for a great day of people watching and boat watching. Italian restaurant was very good. We had chicken parm and lobster raviolis and split a pizza. Service and food were great. We will definitely put this on our return list as we prefer Breathless way over our usual Secrets Cabo. Thanks again Rodrigo for making us feel at home!

Relaxing and taken care of!

Not prepared for vegan with allergies, I got sick because allergies were not followed, also long waits due to not being prepared ahead of time for vegan with allergies, steep stairs to dinner for most restaurants, no elevator I hurt my knee on stairs, still using key cards instead of all inclusive bracelets xhale member can only get top shelf drinks in xhale club not at pools and beach, very inconvenient, need attention to detail, room doors need painting and exc, warmer pools in cooler months, over priced cabana, great and friendly staff, great entertainment, clean rooms, beautiful resort, great amenities, great pools and beach. Adult only, 24 hour room service, great 24 hour gym, amazing views.
