Fabulous trip with 3 friends. Every part of the trip was well orchestrated by the resort. The resort has made huge changes since I was last there 6 or 7 years ago. As a member (VIP gold band), I bought in at the Cofresi/Tropical level. The value is so good I was able to reserve 4 separate rooms for everyone. Everyone thought the all-inclusive was excellent. The meal choices were great and as expected, some restaurants are nicer than others. Meal qualities overall were very good. Cleanliness was obviously a priority at the resort. Staff everywhere were happy, pleasant, well-dressed and attentive. Our rooms were similar to a regular hotel room, but with daily service. Water is offered and available everywhere. The resort is quite large and it took us several days to figure it all out. We went during the off-season and the shows in the colosseum were sparsely attended. The magician was excellent! The Tropical was quiet in the evening which was great. We flew into Santiago and the pickup and transport back was on-time. The beach is not as nice as the former Serenity Beach, but I walked the beach every day. A little too rough for swimming. The few vendors that are there don’t bother you at all. Definitely looking forward to returning.

We went there back in Jan and wow what an amazing experience one of the best resorts we been there especially the customers services from Genesis Bautista she was such an amazing and kind person she was she made our visit great.

An experience to remember with Lifestyle Resort
I’m not a person that usually goes to Resorts, but I have to say that the experience me and my family had with Lifestyle was amazing. The atmosphere at the hotel is very welcoming; all the staff are quite attentive and charismatic, and the rooms are super comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Gotta mention that Genesis Bautista provided a perfect service to us, she was very helpful and kind.
