First time in Aruba. Friends stay at Marriott so we tried it. GREAT choice. Ludwig was a terrific person to deal with. Going back next year!

Amazing staff !
Rochelle was absolutely incredible—truly a gem! Her warmth and professionalism made my stay unforgettable. The entire front desk team deserves a shoutout too; they were friendly, efficient, and genuinely seemed to love what they do. 🏗️ Although the hotel was undergoing some construction, the noise was minimal and it was surprisingly peaceful—not overcrowded at all, which made for a relaxing experience. 💸 Yes, the hotel is on the pricier side, but keep in mind the whole island tends to be expensive. Pro tip: take advantage of duty-free shopping while you're here! 🍣 Breakfast was a delight—especially the sushi. Huge thanks to the staff for their attentive service and for showing me the newly renovated room. And thank you to the guys that work in the sun and ensure your towels and chairs are ready for our arrival 🙏 Your hospitality was top-notch. I’ll definitely be back!

Will not be back. A few things happen, but it was the follow up and disrespect from their team that did it for me. This is definitely going to cost them as we spend a lot of money there and get multiple rooms. We were also bringing a family with us and they would have needed a couple of rooms as well. They are not coming anymore either. They need to learn how to treat people. I feel like it was race targeted. You need to get rid of your employees that don’t like white Americans. We are your main source of income.

Our family stayed for 3 nights in one of the newly renovated rooms. It was comfortable and well designed. The pool was good and more fun than the other close by resorts. Starbucks on property was convenient. The casino's table games do not open until 4pm which was a negative. I would have liked more activities to be available for the children. Overall a nice resort, I would come back.
