    Wonderful Vacation at Villa La Estancia!

    Great resort with great staff

    Very nice resort with a beautiful beach and great restaurants. We’ve especially enjoyed Aldo at the Italian restaurant which sits overlooking the beach and sea. Concierge staff is delightful: Paola, Yaneth and Caro really helped us get oriented and suggested great ideas off property for meals and more reasonable spa services (mani/pedi). (One complaint about the resort-spa services are outrageously expensive). There are great beach massages as a better option. Views from every unit are terrific!

    Loving the staff and the quietness!

    I stayed here for a wedding recently, check in was a little crowded but didn’t take too much time, the location is around 15 minutes from the airport, the rooms were spacious and clean. The amenities are mostly at the next door hotel, but they are also fun, food is ok at most of the restaurants but the Mexican one was really good. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the service, the pool concierge is super nice, check in with Cesar was real quick after the wait time, and Paola & Yaneth, our personal concierges were super helpful around and nice, always made sure are reservations were correctly made. The beach in front is also beautiful! Would definitely come back!

    First Class Pool Service

    Had a great time at this quiet and peaceful oasis. Angel and especially Jesus took care of all of our needs. Their energy and passion for customer care was unmatched around the resort. Loved seeing them each day!
