Excellent Resort with great location
The Rooms and the overall resort was very upscale. It has very good dinning options and also there are many other dinning options available just at the walking distance from the resort. It has has a public bus stop right outside. We went there for our 5th wedding anniversary and we loved it.
Other than expensive food options, this place is fantastic. Very clean and by far the friendliest and most attentive staff I have ever seen. I plan on going back, just not during hurricane season.

This was a trip that I will never ever forget!!!!
The Ritz Carlton was exactly what I was looking for. Their customer service and staff was amazing and outstanding. Their mannerism was superb. At the last minute me and my fiancé decided to get married and the Ritz Carlton welcomed us with arms. It was also his birthday. Andrea, who is just wonderful, made sure everything was in place. I had no worries. I am looking forward to going back next year...My only complaint was how expensive the food was, but hey, for great service I am willing to pay it again....

great service. elegant hotel. but too many kids.
If you want to be around grown ups,
I recommend la concha or other hotel.
But great deal for the price.

The resort does offer a Ritz Kids program for an additional fee. Some of the activites in The Ritz Kids program include arts and crafts, painting, coloring, bowling, tennis, movies, sand castle sculpting, board games, and "Spanish Just for Me".

The Ritz Carlton is not an all inclusive property. All resorts in Puerto Rico are non all inclusive.

Room Information
Renovated in 2004, this hotel features 416 guestrooms in one H-shaped building. All guestrooms have Spanish-themed decor, dark-wood furniture, Frette Italian bed linens, Italian marble bathrooms, and twice-daily maid service. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, fully stocked mini bar, multi-line phones, lighted make-up mirror, high-speed Internet access, hair dryer, and a 37"LCD screen TV.
The casino is grand and elegant, and it's cool that this is the first casino in a Ritz-Carlton hotel. It's the perfect setting to court Lady Luck!
What We'd Change
It's no secret that Ritz-Carlton hotels aren't cheap. However, The Ritz San Juan is so worth it. Just remember, you get what you pay for!
