This resort is small. The pool size for the amount of rooms is too small. There is NOTHING to do in the evenings. AC is non existent. Food had very little variety compared to what I'm used to. Some might like this place but we would not recommend or return.

First time at an all inclusive and had a great time. I would definitely go with the premium option. Marisol took great care of us on the 7th floor.

Amazing experience!
Beautiful hotel, delicious food and amazing people! Definitely a family friendly place. They were very attentive every time, and offer help if we needed anything in particular.

Great person and superior bartender
Went with a group of 16 and whenever we were at the lounge that Enligio was working he was great. He made special drinks and arranged tables for us so we could sit us together

BEST Service staff in Puerto Vallarta!!!
Best experience!!! The staff is AMAZING!! Food at the restaurants is absolutely the best from the buffet to the Italian, Los Olivos and the Asian, Tokyo and the Mexican, Grill Mariachi!!The 7th floor for premium guests was also amazing!! Started my day with Danna and Marisol my 2 favorite gals!!!! And in the evening there was Manuel a great server and bartender!!!The main buffet there was Luis and Clement so wonderful!!At Los Olivos was Miguel and Missael also great waiters! Ramon and Clemente in La Mariaci was fabulous and was David the maitre d and Luis in Tokyo!!! The front desk had also amazing folks— Maria F Martinez and David!!!! But last but really the first people who take care of you is Nestor the BEST and Manuel G. , Saudi, and Gema!! I also loved the bartenders at the Premium pool—they were fantastic—Michele Ramos, Ezequiel, Agustin C, Irene A., and Andres C. I’ve never felt so special and truly enjoyed the professionalism of the entire staff for proving outstanding service to me and my husband!!! Great 2 week vacation!!
