Great vibe smaller resort beautiful beach. Nice pool excellent buffet. Comfy bed we had a fantastic week. Entertainment was great all service people did a great job. Eva is wonderfully funny filling multiple roles of MC, activities director. Wait staff and hospitality are excellent so friendly and helpful . So much to do dance lessons pool and beach activities games. We will be back! Only issue is the pool area should be monitored so guests don’t get up in the middle of the night to reserve pool chairs. Also too many steps in the buffet makes it hard to carry your plate you could use a few more railings

The hotel is older ,average rooms . The buffet is below average for lunch and dinner. It is hard to get a reservation at the restaurants. Lots of elderly guests. no swim up bar. Beach is great . Hotel staff excellent . Entertainment shows are good. Not a lot to do at night.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great food and drink! What more could you want?
The daily buffet food offered a great selection and was very tasty, with different choices daily. The A la Carte restaurants (reservations required) provided a nice sit-down experience in a more formal environment. Rooms were clean and the bed (King size) was very comfortable. The room had a nice view of the pools and beach. My wife felt it would have been nice to have a balcony, however I thought it was not necessary since we didn't really spend a lot of time in the room. It took a couple of days for me to find the right temperature for the shower but I think it was just our room. Cold was Cold, Hot was only slightly warmer. Turned out Just Right was more in the middle. Who knew? Bar staff were great and had generous pours if desired. Daily events and games, including water exercises at noon. Beach is lovely. Nightly entrainment was very professional. Hotel is very close to a medical facility and a local shopping mall, mostly tourist oriented except for a grocery store and the obligatory McDonalds, Subway, etc. as well as a couple of local restaurants. But why would you eat there when you're at an all-inclusive? Perhaps if you were meeting friends staying at another hotel? Weather was 27-29 C every day. We had a great time! You likely would too! PRO TIP: Don't buy ANYTHING at the airport. Ridiculous prices...
