Great escape

Overall, my experience with the Grand Palladium resort in Jamaica was a good one to remember. The staff was courteous, the room was clean and spacious, loved the jacuzzi, and the pool and restaurants were also good, spacious and plentiful. There were plenty of excursions to take apart of as well. The hidden beach on the Lady Hamilton side of the resort was also a good escape. I would indeed recommend this resort and wouldn't mind vacationing there again. Thank you JamROCK!

Celebrating our Anniversary (June 2015)

Everything was great, except we did not have a maid for the first couple of days. We were told that our maid had called in sick, but our room was not assigned to anyone else to clean or no one gave us clean towels. We had to hunt down other maids to get service. That was the only bad thing about it. The bed was so comfortable. My husband and I felt like were could have slept for days. It was the best sleep I had had in years. Everything was great we enjoyed the dining options. The swimming pools were great and the swim up bar was really cool also. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely go back if I have a chance to. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

Had a good time but

My jacuzzi tub would not hold water long it needed a new stopper and the coffee maker didn't work and you can't get room service until after 11 am. But otherwise it was awesome! I had a spa day on my birthday that was reasonable and amazing!!!

We loved it

My husband and I just came back from this resort. It was an awesome experience. We were on our honeymoon. The staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite. We were able to get on the list for the restaurants that required reservations. We had all kinds of food, drinks, and fun. We did so much there. The bad part is the time that we got to the resort. We booked our trip in April 2016. Our flights changed several times. We left home at 10am on Saturday morning and did not get to Jamaica and our to resort until almost 10pm due to the long layover from flight to flight. When I booked my trip, I had a flight with good times. Somehow, I ended up with the worst times ever. We ended up leaving the resort at 9am to make an early flight which we had to be there by 12pm. We barely had time to eat breakfast. 2 days of our vacation went to waste. We were only able to enjoy 3 out of 5 days of our vacation.

What's to Love

It's all-inclusive, all-incredible and all-irie - you're in the earth-heaven known as Jamaica.

The dreamy 86,000 sq. ft. infinity pool with in-water loungers & Jacuzzis - the largest in Jamaica.

Vegging at the Zentropia spa - Turkish baths, Finnish sauna, the refreshing footbath & oceans more.

If you're vegetarian, they've got taste bud-slaying food choices.

The ever-helpful & friendly staff - they're the crowning jewel of this awesome place.

The delish Jamaican coffee in the cafe. Perfect any time.

What We'd Change

The city of Lucea is pretty quiet, but you will not need outside nightlife when the bars, theater and nightclub at the resort are happening!

Why You Should Go

It's just a half hour from airport, but in Jamaica you'll feel the vacay vibe the second you arrive.

There are sister privileges next door at the Lady Hamilton.

The Kids Club for ages 4-12 is where kiddos can meet "Raggs," one of 5 musical friendly dogs.

There's no smoking in all public covered areas on the island as per the Jamaican Health Minister.

The catamarans, kayaks, pedal boats and snorkeling are complimentary aka FREE.

For a fee, you can enjoy sailing, scuba diving, the fitness center and more.

On land, there's tennis, archery, mini-golf & for bigger greens, tee off at the Tryall Golf Course.
