    Wonderful family experience at Hyatt Grand Reserve

    My family of 4 traveled to beautiful Puerto Rico right before Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Grand Reserve. The rooms were clean, the food was great ( highly recommend Nectar) and Nanette at the kids club was so sweet and patient with all the kiddos. The hotel is spacious without being overwhelming and everyone greeted us warmly everyday. Cannot wait to go back!

    Great family trip

    Love the kids club- Nanette is so nice and the activities are so fun. Food at restaurants is great and resort is clean and pools are nice as well.

    Amazing stay!!

    My wife and I had an I ncredible stay at the Hyatt. We traveled with our kids (1yo and 4yo). This was our second time staying here this year! Both times we stayed in a room that is right on the beach. Literally, you open the door and you're touching sand. We were steps away from two pools and also breakfast / restaurants. Rooms are super clean, stylish and comfortable. Huge shoutout to Luis Carraquillo, manager at Waters edge. In addition, chef Pedro Birriel and Andy! Our family is vegan and the three of them went above and beyond to accommodate us at all of our meals. They made sure we had MANY options at breakfast and even prepared us local vegan dishes for lunch that were not even on the menu. They treated us like family and enhanced our stay more than words can say. Also shout out to Diana Mui and Camille at Nori for taking care of us and patiently catering to our picky little vegan kids :) One last mention, bellman Omar Vega. Friendliest guy around and super helpful. He even helped us secure a late checkout so our 1 year old could finish her name before our trip to the airport. Truly, all of the staff here are wonderful. The grounds are beautiful, the pools are great and ocean is calm and shallow. We can not wait to return for a third time!

    Great spot for family, friends & golfing.

    Really great hotel right now the coast. A buddy and I were golfing at Bahia right down the road but could not afford their 3k rooms haha so we chose this Hyatt and it exceeded all of our expectations. We booked it at 7:30 am and arrived at 9 am the same day and a room was already available. Awesome staff. Great selection of restaurants. Would definitely come back.
