    A weekend of work and play!

    Overall wonderful experience! We loved our ocean view! The spa was great! The food was delicious and our room was perfect with the extra large bathtub!

    Incredible property for a conference! Gorgeous, friendly, appropriately priced.

    We were here for a conference, and it was nearly perfect. Pros: 1. The staff here were wonderful. Definitely the cream of crop in the Hyatt portfolio. 2. The ground were immaculate. 3. The pools were just right for this paradise. There was the main loud party pool and there was the quieter side pool. 4. Our organization reserved one of the hospitality suites and it's like a separate house with a private pool. Wow! 5. The food options, especially the steakhouse, wow wow wow. 6. The pricing here is conference appropriate. I'm not sure I would spend the normal rate personally, but with the conference block, it was great. Cons: 1. For some of the accommodations, you NEED the golf carts, otherwise make sure your Fitbit is working, you'll hit 10,000 steps easy. 2. The ocean here is OK. When we were there in March there was a LOT of seaweed. In the 5 days we went to ocean for about 30 minutes and then chose the pool. Makes sense why the pools are so nice! We will be back. Our organization staffers told us that this was one of the easiest properties they have worked with. They implied that because of that a future meeting will likely be scheduled here again. I certainly approve of that move!

    Mr Matthew was an absolute sweetheart. He was very attentive absolutely amazing with our service while enjoy our breakfast. Everyone That works here absolutely amazing very nice really makes the experience worth it. !!

    Find in the sun in Puerto Rico

    Everything from check-in to the staff was incredible! Our bartender Carlos Sanchez at the adult pool made sure that we were having a great time and with great service!

    A great place to stay

    Had a great time at this resort. It is beautiful and the staff are so nice. The restaurant’s are wonderful and a special thank you to our waiter Anthony at Nori! Would definitely recommend!
