  Amazing experience

  Chef was amazing! Very accommodating to my dietary preferences and it was super fun and hands-on. Ate sooo much sushi definitely a worthwhile experience

  Beautiful place, better staff

  So let me start by saying I had an issue with my reservation between booking.com, the hotel, and klarna thay caused a sleu of stressful issues while I was there. However, the staff that helped me were so so incredible. Joannice at the front desk helped me first. She spent about 2 hours working out the issue I had and comforting me while I was crying because stress and solo travel. She hooked me up with wine and drink vouchers to make sure the rest of my stay, which was my birthday, was special. Hugged her, she is awesome. Israel likewise helped me when more issues arose during checkout and made sure I was all set to go before I checked out. Migdalia was my facialist for a last min birthday service I booked. She is so beautiful in and out and gave me a superb service and making sure I left glowing, happy, and taken care of for my birthday. The hotel is gorgeous- one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in, but the staff are really what make this place special. Everyone is friendly here and everyone made sure I was safe while I was strolling alone throughout the resort. Thank you ♥️

  Beatiful hotel, great for families

  We stayed four nights while visiting the northeastern part of Puerto Rico and it was a lovely experience. The hotel is a ways off the highway and the grounds are beautiful and pristine. For our two teenage boys, they liked the pool better than the beach, however the pool is huge and offered plenty of space for volleyball & football in the pool. Be aware that food and drinks at the hotel are VERY expensive (think Disney pricing), however we knew we wouldn't be eating every meal at the resort, so just keep that in mind. Our favorite hotel meal was at Nectar and we did the rain forest hike to the natural waterslides (our boys' favorite activity of the whole trip). We also drove to nearby beaches - Playa Azul for boogie boarding and Luquillo for the food and kioks options by the back. We for sure would go back! Beautiful place!

  Excellent resort if not a foodie

  The property, room and staff were excellent! The resort was very quiet - there were always empty pool chairs and not a lot of people around. The property is huge with a beautiful pool and lobby, as well as large room. Everyone was very friendly! Two things you must know: 1) Do not go here if you are a beach person. The sand is rocky and water is not clear and sparkling like you may expect; the pool is the main attraction. 2) Do not go here if you care about the food. Despite the numerous options, the only thing we truly enjoyed was the omelette at breakfast. None of the lunch or dinner options (pool bar, Market, restaurants) were tasty. They were fine at best. After day one, we started going off property to eat. If you don’t care about the beach or food, I would absolutely recommend it for a relaxing, luxurious vacation!

  Beyond expectations!

  We got stranded in San Juan and found this place to stay at the last minute. We had no idea what to expect. But it far exceeded anything we could have imagined. Staff were friendly and helpful, amenities were awesome, room was spectacular!
