    Anthony! Thank you! This guy is a fantastic waiter. Super kind. Very skilled. We just arrived on the island and he was the best welcome to our trip we could have expected. Anthony, you can take care of us any night of the week. Oh and the food was exceptional. What a great first hour here.

    Stranded in PR for a Night — HR Grand Reserve Salvaged Our Vacation

    While stranded in PR as a part of the little kidnapping involving an aircraft carrier across the Caribbean Sea, we stumbled across this property. It was one of only a few available properties after the scramble for everyone marooned to find shelter until the airport reopened. After a 25 minute Uber ride, we were struck by the natural beauty of the approach to the resort. Mountainous terrain with rainforests on the right, and beach and gorgeous golf courses on the left. Reception and check in took some time amidst the onslaught of stranded travelers. The bell staff were so accommodating and made room for our luggage to be securely stored. Our room was promptly ready. We found the whole property clean, beautiful, and extremely accommodating of our family of 2 adults and two young children. There were numerous kids activities (mini golf, kids play area, lawn games) in addition to the expansive pool and beach. We particularly enjoyed the food at lunch surrounding the pool (food truck and pool bar) as well as Tapas in the evening in the lobby bar. A great stay at a very good value. Thanks for salvaging our vacation!

    Front desk 🤮

    Horrible front desk service all week. Started checking in, room wasn’t ready. Wouldn’t allow a late stay so 8 people had to fly home dirty after playing golf all day. And now in the process of getting a receipt, spent over an hour waiting on the phone. Have a feeling there’s more to come.
