    Great resort highly recommend

    The resort is beautiful. Once you step foot into the resort it feels like you’ve been transported. The private beach is beautiful and we found it easy to get beach chairs. At the time we went, there were no waves at all just very calm waters so if you’re not an experienced swimmer this is a great sport to swim. There’s plenty of rentals like kayaks, paddle boards, tennis rackets etc. you will have to pay for things like goggles and snorkeling gear which they do not rent. The rooms were beautiful and large as well. There was plenty of room and the staff is so friendly. We got a courtesy call right after check in which doesn’t always happen. The food at prime 787 was our favorite. We got the dry aged cowboy steak with ceasar salad and mashed potatoes and truffle fries. Our waiter was Marvin who was fantastic as well so friendly and some of the best service and food we’ve had in a while. For breakfast we had steak chilaquiles. The steak was delicious the chips were slightly soggy but otherwise Matthew was a great waiter and super friendly. The pools are plentiful and we’re not crowded what so ever also. Plenty of space to find a pool that meets your needs.

    Would definitely go back was very much enjoyable 😊

    Anthony our waiter was such a pleasant and joy to have!! The food was great, the atmosphere of the restaurant was enjoyable, and definitely recommend eating there! All the staff was very nice and helped make the dinning experience even better!

    Excellent dinner at Nori Asian Grill

    Great service (Anthony)! Sushi was delicious and beautiful presentation (recommend the Volcano roll!). Pork belly bao buns also great! La Isla Cosmopolitan was very good. Great experience all the way around.

    Wonderful family experience at Hyatt Grand Reserve

    My family of 4 traveled to beautiful Puerto Rico right before Thanksgiving and had a wonderful experience at Hyatt Grand Reserve. The rooms were clean, the food was great ( highly recommend Nectar) and Nanette at the kids club was so sweet and patient with all the kiddos. The hotel is spacious without being overwhelming and everyone greeted us warmly everyday. Cannot wait to go back!

    Great family trip

    Love the kids club- Nanette is so nice and the activities are so fun. Food at restaurants is great and resort is clean and pools are nice as well.
