    Kids Program - Thank you, Esther!

    Esther Estrada from the kids’ program is outstanding! She connected with our kids and engaged them in tons of fun activities (e.g., art work; face painting; bracelet making; water balloons; etc). She made the trip a lot more fun for them (and us). Thank you, Esther!

    Great place. Good food and service

    Excellent ambient and place to stay. Staff is very friendly. Went for brunch at Prime 787, good food. Mathew gave us an excellent service. Recommend us best dishes to taste.

    Beautiful setting with areas for improvement.

    Beautiful setting, however we found the double bed quite small for two grown adults (and we’re not particularly big, at 5’8 and 5’2). Breakfast was average. However the onsite restaurants, particularly Prime and Nori were very good with excellent service and food. There was a bizarre scenario where the walls outside our room was washed with bleach, so much so that the bleach would drip from the ceiling. As we were leaving the room to go for breakfast one morning, the dripping bleach landed on my top and permanently stained my top a whitish / pinkish hew.

    Very cool and happy place

    Awesome place, Anthony is good here , he know how to take care of first time guests, love to visit here Again. Chef Victor was our Hibachi chef he is good and food was very tasty, overall we enjoyed the food and had a great time.
