Absolutely amazing in every ascept!
We have had the absolute best time here. Every person we have encountered has met us with kindness. The bartenders (Zamaryas!!!! And manager David Ramos) servers (Angelo @787!!) pool servers (shout out to Ramon!) Every single person has been absolutely wonderful.

Great night, fantastic service
We had a great dinner here. The food was fantastic, but the service was the BEST! Our waiter Augelo was kind, knowledgeable and hilarious. Everyone who helped us was lively but Augelo is a joy! Thank you for a wonderful evening and the Banana bread pudding is so so so good!

beautiful and clean kid friendly resort but overpriced average food
We were there on vacation as a family of 5 ( 3 kids ages 8,8,10) with my sister and her family (2 kids ages almost 3 and 5). Overall we had a great vacation! The weather was beautiful, the cabanas by the smaller pool were great and we loved being able to walk right to the beach. Love the hammocks! The shallower areas of the pool were great for the little ones. The hotel is very kid friendly and we also enjoyed the activities ( tennis, ping pong, jenga, golf, etc). The staff were very friendly. We loved being able to use the gym. The resort is beautiful and clean. There were a few areas that could use improvement - the quality of the food was ok especially given the cost. Nori, Nectar and the breakfast buffet were delicious but the rest was so so. The food is very overpriced and there also arent enough options for the number of people staying at this resort. A lot was closed when we were there. We were limited to the pool food which we didnt want to eat every day. Also having a coffee/tea/water station in the lobby would have been nice. Welcome drinks for all of us instead of a card for a drink for adults only also would have been nice. Finally, while the tourist desk was helpful and the staff was very kind I feel like I was taken advantage of. I had to get transportation to the airport for myself and kids. I ended up paying $140 for a shuttle when I didnt even realize that a $30 uber was an option. Overall excellent resort and we made wonderful memories- if there were more and less expensive food options ( including the market which was ridiculously expensive), I think we would return!

Conscientious celiac friendly service!
Amazingly conscientious customer service for celiac needs! Edie Burgos (pool bar manager) helped us find a quick dinner the first night before we could check-in after a long, delay filled travel day. As the bar was closing, he went to the kitchen to get a room service/ poolside menu and let me use his cell phone when ours would not work to order. After the bar was closed and the pool was empty he came back to check on us and provide an update on when the food would be delivered. At breakfast, Chef Pedro and Manager Luis took great care to communicate the celiac safe options and prepare a special omelet or French toast. Last year chef Pedro also made a point of making fun, exciting celiac friendly breakfasts. At the poolside food truck, Ryan repeatedly checked with the chef to answer celiac related questions and then prepared a detailed allergen form with our order. These are some of the many reasons we are repeat visitors.
