The people here were the most accommodating and helpful ever! Edwin, Pamela, Jacob make check in at the Hyatt Guest Service effortless. Eladdie at the Lobby bar was wonderful.( Thanks for the mofungo hook up!) Jocelyn at the desk was so sweet. We stayed in the first B building next to the outdoor party/wedding venue. Regency pool was nice and only 3 buildings down. Small but not crowded.Only 2-3 minute walk to main lobby. Golf carts were easy to use though. Room 1709 balcony but I think 1708 or 1707 would have had better air flow since they were out front of ours. Nice view but the furniture was not great. Terrace rooms had a day bed and we did not. Only 2 chairs and a small table. Overall food was good but expensive. Martini bar was our favorite place to eat since you could order from asian or steakhouse. Drinks were good. Lots of variety. I would go back here just for fun.

SCAMMERS! Surprise resort fees at check out, 20% suggest tips applied on everything even in store checkouts. Service is mid, food is 5/10, wait time is long at restaurants even tho it was empty, nothing worthy of tips. When asked to remove you need to wait 15 minutes for manager every time. If they want to charge more money they should increase the price not make a bunch of surprise charges. If service was at least good I would be more than happy to tip staff. This is my second time here, first time was amazing. Two years later a completely different resort, never coming back here again.

Such a great experience
Angelo was absolutely fantastic. 10/10 Phenomenal service. And also hilarious. The food was amazing and the ambiance great!!!

Incredible service.
We had dinner at Nori Asian Grill and our server Anthony was great. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Will be back soon.

Anthony is the best server!!! Food was great and service even better. The volcano roll was our favorite. Looking forward to come back soon.
