Great service from the entire staff. Highly recommend! Food was great, bar was great, and the room service that was given was great too!

fun family trip (with a 2 year old)
Fantastic service from the staff, the food from the brasa and the taco/quesadilla near the lobby was excellen Many thanks to the staff members who helped us out a lot, great with the kids Eladio, David, magdiel, and alberto.

Room upgrade
Maoli was such a great help soon as we arrived. She helped us not only get settled in but made it possible to upgrade our room from an ocean front to the Master suite. Made our stay the greatest one so far. Thank you sooooo much for great experience.

I had a great experience being in this resort. The food was amazing and the drinks were too! I would recommend!!
I stayed in the hotel for about a week and did not have any issues. I injured my knee during an excursion and the hotel provided with aid, thanks to Soledad de prevencion.

Review of our stay. Excellent.
My stay at La Fiesta America Condesa was made excellent thanks to host Carla and Eladio. They made sure we were set up with great service in Juan Jose, Gaby, Henry, Manuel, Erick, Nayeli, Edwin. Top Notch service, and a wonderful staff. Clean rooms and Clean pools. Great food as well. Only thing I would change is the time we arrived because there seemed to be some construction noise but it didn’t bother much because the DJ played the music nice and loud. Tasteful architecture and atmosphere.
