Amazing experience and exceptional customer service. Eladio is an amazing individual I felt really comfortable communicating my trip and experiences with him. He really embodied a father figure for me while I was on the trip. Luis Orlando and Dolores we my waiters most of the time and they did an exceptional job making me feel cared for.

What a holiday! The food was multi-cultural meaning it appealed to all visitors from different nationalities, the bar staff and the pool staff were the nicest people on earth with loads of activities to do throughout the day until you rest your head 👍🏼. A special mention to Esteban as he made our holiday full of entertainment throughout👍🏼

Incredible Staff, Perfect Location, Great Beach
We loved this resort because #1 the staff, the bartenders and wait staff were the best! #2 the location near that part of the beach was incredible, #3 clean and safe and you could relax in peace without people trying to sell you things constantly (like in Cabo). What we didn't love is the layout of the resort, hard to get access to places without going all the way around to get there. The front desk staff were nice but would not really work with you. They seemed very strict. The food was ok for an all inclusive and almost impossible to get into their restaurants. It felt like standing in a line at Disney just to try and get a reservation. My husband stood in line 1.5 hours one day but was turned away and I stood in line one day for 2 hours and finally got a reservation. Best food was the Cevecharia and room service was also good. All in all, we would definitely come back to this hotel! It was a great first experience in Cancun!

Friendly staff and amazing hospitality
The staff were very friendly and nice! Especially the activity staff remembered our faces very well. A special shoutout to Esteban for your warm smiles! It made our stay very special!

Great Place To Stay during the holidays
We had a great family vacation at FACC. The weather in Cancun was amazing. The service we received from everyone was really good. The food quality was excellent at all restaurants. I would like to acknowledge great service from Sebastian at El Mexicano and Nadia at the beach.
