  Second time here, still love it

  We love this resort, our main complaint is that the buffet has changed and serves the same thing every night. Some of the restaurants were closed randomly certain nights too. The workers at this resort are wonderful however, specifically Yazaira, Kermy, and Eladio. They all went above and beyond for us to have an amazing vacation and made us feel like VIP guests. Fiesta Americana is extremely lucky to have these three employees and should recognize them as the amazing assets they are to the organization!

  Amazing first trip to Mexico!! Highly recommend for Celiac’s

  AMAZING! As a person traveling for their first time to Mexico, this all inclusive exceeded my expectations. Everything about the resort was extremely clean. The rooms themselves were very cool, and not humid, which was so good after a day in the sun. We had an ocean front room on the sixth floor. I will upgrade to this view again. It was so beautiful. I loved the space, and variety of pools available. It’s was a perfect blend of adults and families, making it an great atmosphere. The beach was just as impressive. The sand was impeccable and always cleaned up every morning with no washed up seaweed. They did such a good job at making it so beautiful. As a person who has celiac disease, I would highly recommend this place. Of special note is the head manger, Eladio, who individually took care of my food allergy. He went above and beyond to greet me every day where ever I was, found me, and asked me what I wanted to eat. He and the head chef made meals specifically for me, and brought them to me so I could still be with my friends I traveled with, not feeling left out. The food he provided was spectacular. Attention to detail, that’s Eladio. If you are celiac, there were no concerns here that I experienced. You can be confident here. Even getting ice cream, the lady washed the ice cream scoop for me before serving it. Very much appreciated. Another aspect of my vacation that elevated it for me, was the daily entertainment and fitness by the pool. Saulo, Jonathan and Nestor were spectacular! We kept going to the same spot every day for the entirety of our trip because they brought so much fun to the day. What an experience! The best by far! Their energy made my vacation. The only downside I found was areas were shut down for private corporate events. It kind of bummed out the vibe when they would start setting up at 2:00 pm. If they could find a way to keep corporate events separate, that would be my only suggestion. I hope to return soon, and I give this resort five stars.

  FUN, Great food and amazing people! Celiac Friendly

  Context: we went in January and the occupancy level was at 60%. 1. The event staff at the pool were SO MUCH FUN! I would never expect to do water aerobics, but I was drawn to it because the staff made it so fun! Especially Saulo & Jonathan. The trivia games Nestor did were hilarious! Also, many others they worked with had us always engaged and laughing. Great music going all the time. 2. My wife is celiac, and right from the start they were taking extra care of her. Especially Eladio. He would make her special meals every day for anytime she wanted, she just told him in the morning where the group was going to be and they worked it out. Often, her food looked even better then ours. I can't say enough how much that meant to us. For Eladio alone, I am tempted to book again. 3. The kids / games / quiet areas of the pools were very well laid out and did not overlap. Did not have trouble getting a nice spot by the pool or beach anytime. 4. Beach was breathtaking. Lifeguard was super helpful. 5. Food was way better than I expected. The fish tacos, sushi, and beef tacos being exceptionally fresh and tasty. Fruit as well. The pizza from the hut (not room service) was fantastic. Also the calzones, banging. 6. I did notice they watered down some of the drinks a little bit. Also the blender would often leave large pieces of ice in the drinks. However, they were tasty and I was impressed with the variety of brands they offered for alcohol. I liked they would serve you on the beach. 7. Rooms were very clean. 8. Air conditioning worked very well everywhere. 9. Fitness area is a bit small, especially if it was raining and you could not go outside. 10. I would go back because it was moderately priced, they respected allergies and we had fun every day.

  Always an amazing time!

  We love FAC and have been here 5 times since 2017. We have been to many other resorts as well and this one just checks all the boxes! Great food, great service, beautiful facilities. My daughters (in their 20s) would probably have liked a little more activity and energy but it is perfect for me. The spa is wonderful (Margarita was a great therapist!!) and reasonably priced for a resort. I've always done beach side massage but did it in the spa this time and took advantage of the hydrotherapy and it was awesome! I'm sure we'll be back!

  Fun, clean and SAFE

  We took a trip with 5 other couples for my wife’s 40th birthday. We booked everything through Costco. The transport to the hotel was on time, check in was fast and we were in our room in no time. The hotel was clean and the rooms were cleaned every day at a good time. The pool was clean and the swim up bartenders were great. The food was good and everyone was nice. The Italian restaurant was our favorite. There wasn’t a lot of things to do at night , but the sports bar was fun with evening events. During the day they had different events going on. Our favorite event planner was Salo. He was young, fun and funny. Look him up if you go. Everyone had fun, it was safe and we would definitely go again. Check out was fast and once again transportation to the airport was on time and fast.
