We have been going to Fiesta Americana Condesa for about 6 years now and the experience was always amazing. In the buffet, Mr. Eladio Heracho has been the absolute best. His team, Mr. Alberto Popeye, Orlando, and Mugy have been the best servers and they will go out of their way to get us what we want. I highly recommend this place because the service there is amazing.

Family vacation
All of the employees were phenomenal. Pedro, Alan, Jonathan, David, Michele, Ariel, and everyone else did an amazing job. Can’t wait to come back next year

Pedro is amazing
I had a great time. All the staff are amazing and do such a good job. The resort is also amazingly clean and I had no issues. Also the pool bartenders Pedro and Alan do amazing jobs keep guests taken care of and happy, they are truly the best.

Great Staff
The staff at Fiesta Americana Condesa is fabulous. From the front desk to the pool to the room staff, everyone was friendly and helpful. Especially Eladio, Manuel, Ramiro, Celeste, Magui & Horachio. Their hospitality, kindness and attentiveness exceeded our expectations. Thank you for an enjoyable stay at Fiesta Americana Condesa!

Great experience for a family trip! Could do better on the food options and quality. Bars dont open until 11am. Shout out Drew, Johnny, Ariella, and David in the event crew for making the days and event activities so much fun!
