    Overall our experience was very good

    Divi Aruba Phoenix Beach Resort Palm - Eagle Beach Excellent experience with all staff at the hotel, great food at the Ocean restaurant. 1045529681 We were very impressed after full renovation of the rooms. Everything is very clean and comfortable. Showers are very nice and very clean in the whole apartment. Service is excellent . Everyone in the hotel is very friendly and nice. Looking forward for the next time to be here.

    Can’t wait to come back

    We stayed in a 2 bedroom. It was recently updated and very nice. The grounds were very clean and manicured. All employees were very friendly and went above and beyond. We got stuck an extra night due the airspace being closed. They were able to accommodate our need and we remained in our same room for a very reasonable price. We ate at the grill and restaurant several times and the food was very good. I would definitely recommend staying here. Less busy than most of the other hotels along the beach. Beach access was great. Pools and hot tubs were nice too. I can’t wait to come back some day.

    Best place on the island

    We’ve been staying at the Divi Aruba Phoenix for 20 years. It’s always been wonderful. A special shout out to Julio for always being available to get our beach chairs set up. The entire staff from front desk, concierge, restaurants and bars are absolutely amazing.

    Divi Aruba Phoenix

    The one thing my husband and I love about Divi Aruba Phoenix is the staff we have gotten to know over the years. If you need anything around the resort, be sure you get to know Joel, Julio, Sandra, Jean Claude and Ariel, they are all wonderful and kind.

    Joel, Julio and Ariel set up the papala each morning. They hustled and asked several times if there was anything else they could do. Can’t thank them enough.
