    Like returning home

    We have stayed at Cozumel Palace several times over the years, but this was our first visit after the remodeling. David, who we first met as a pool concierge, is now a Diamond Concierge. He is doing a great job. It was also good to see Nina, albeit briefly. Emmanuel is now the pool concierge and could have been more accommodating. We also were pampered by Perla, who it was nice to see. The highlight of the visit was the warm smile and generous hug from Martha. Although we love the Cozumel Palace, and the new decor; it remains the people, who make this experience.

    Best vacation ever

    Just booked for January of 2026. Our experience in n January of 2025 was amazing. The property was pristine and walking distance to local shopping. The staff made the vacation unforgettable. Looking forward to seeing Gabriel, Alan, Jennifer, Fili, Naomi, Heri, Betsabe, Juan, Jose And Raul Truly the friendliest and nicest people you could hope for We needed assistance with one member of our family and the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating and professional Can’t wait to return We have vacationed in Mexico for 30 years but this is my first review ❤️ Mary Fletcher

    A lovely stay!

    Our stay was lovely and the hotel staff and services are excellent. We would point out that as vegetarians we felt a little stuck for food choices at evening meal times. We used the spa on a couple of occasions and the staff there were lovely. Juanita in particular was fabulous. The massages and the facials we had were super relaxing. I sadly mislaid my sun hat whilst here along with a gold sparkly cardigan which I left at dinner one evening. No one seemed to be able to find them and they didn’t appear to have been handed in at lost and found which was quite disappointing although I realise this somewhat was out of your control. We will be back next year.

    Great Service/Food!

    The food at Bugambilias was the best out of all restaurants! Carmita served us on our first night. She has a beautiful smile, warm words and a kindness to her service that made everything run smoothly!:) Definitely recommend her for a server! The best plates were the fried octopus, gorditas and enchiladas! Highly recommend the churros for dessert, the chocolate sauce is amazing.
