BEST TIME EVER!!
Just got back from Cozumel Palace a couple days ago and my husband and I wish we were back! We absolutely agree we had the best vacation ever. The staff is so friendly and helpful. We especially appreciate Gabriel and all of the waiter for assisting us and providing us with whatever we requested.
Looking forward to going next year!!

Great place in Cozumel
We have stayed at 2 different Palace Resorts and loved them both. The Cozumel Palace is much smaller than the Aventura Spa Palace, with more of an intimate feel. It also has the advantage of direct access to the "beach," which is actually rocky but accessible for swimming and snorkeling. The pools are smallish but very nice. The service at both resorts was nothing short of outstanding, with every employee going out of his/her way to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and pampered at all times. The food was excellent, both at the buffets and the themed restaurants. We used our resort credit for the "romantic dinner," which includes spectacularly prepared lobster, filet mignon, etc. The value at Palace Resorts (and Mexico in general) is incredible. Finally, Cozumel is a paradise, with beautiful beaches, a vibrant (and safe) downtown, and almost perfect weather. Rest assured, there is no safety risk in going to Cozumel. We recommend flying direct to the island, rather than taking the ferry from Cancun, which is slow and uncomfortable.

excellent service
The staff at the Cozumel Palace could not be more attentive. It also seemed very sincere - so much so that tears were shed at departure time. In a short 8 days, they became like family. Can't say enough about the service and food. The Italian restaurant presents its food artifully and it is delicious! The quality of the evening entertainment was way above average and the staff was also very entertaining. Kudos to all!
just returned from seven wonderful days in cozumel. first time staying at the cozumel palace and it was wonderful. from the time we walked thu the door the staff treated you like royalty! by the second day most of the staff were calling us by name. this was our third time to cozumel and we have never been treated with as much hospitalty as we received at the palace. 5 star service!!!!!

Can you swim in front of the hotel. Do they have steps or a latter to get into the water. I assume that the water is deep .1 answer

You are able to access the ocean just steps from the pool in order to snorkel in front of the resort.

Room Information
175 guestrooms and suites. Gracious Mediterranean architecture and luxurious Junior Suites all featuring double Jacuzzis, balcony with hammocks, seating area, marble floors and all of them with a panoramic view of the Caribbean Sea. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan, liqour dispenser, mini bar, satellite TV, in-room safe, coffee maker, hair dryer, and iron with ironing board.
This is a resort that has great rooms. They've just all be recently renovated, all have great views and include the Palace signature jacuzzi for two in the room. A very popular resort with lots of guests returning again and again. The once weekly Mexican fiesta is a lot of fun and the restaurants offer a variety of menu choices to suit anyone's taste. I'm partial to the MoMoNoHaNa Asian restaurant...I'll admit it was the name that made me try it and I wasn't disappointed!

There is no beach at this property but it has a large active pool as well as an onsite dive shop to accommodate your underwater needs.
