Great palace location, above and beyond staff best food of any palace location, more personable due to its size, ocean is beautiful. Below are some staff members i want to recognize Fernando in guest services Alan & Jorge at pool service Sylvia & Enrique at breakfast buffet Jose in member services Gabriel Flamingos lunch waiter Carlos and Jorge at the presentation Lordes at spa pedicure angel, Erica, Jennifer, Alessandra at sweet shop

Amazing Staff
The diamond concierge staff: David, Mildred and Eder were amazing and very helpful and just absolutely wonderful. Nina in the Customer Care / Diamond Office is so wonderful, sweet and accommodating and truly cares for the members. The Diamond pool concierge, Emmanuel works so hats and hustles. Thank you, Cozumel Palace and all of the staff for making our stay absolutely amazing.!!! 🥰🥰❤️❤️

Small hotel that had everything you need & more
We were greeted by Vicente & Alex who checked us in & gave us a cold towel and a pretty flower. The resort had everything we could have possibly wanted, it was a short trip from the airport, there is snorkeling right off the pier & clean rooms and friendly staff. Alan made sure our drinks were full when we sat poolside. There are two pools connecting with eachother. There is no beach access here but we never missed it. The food was outstanding, with four restaurants on site & a breakfast/ lunch buffet. Miguel & Sylvia greeted us each morning at the breakfast buffet. Miguel made sure my husband had his favorite morning juice. If there is something you wanted and didnt see you just had to ask. At the four restaurants here. reservations are recommended in the busy season. Ivan treats you & calls you family, Laura made sure our steaks were cooked to perfection outside at Flamingos. There is a coffee, dessert & sandwich shop just inside the hotel lobby. The spa offered a range of services. Narve provided a relaxing hotstone massage. The staff and quick walk to each restaurant or pool is whathat stood out most. Every single person we encountered was friendly, remembered our names. They reallt went out of their way to make our stay special. We stayed at a Palace resort last year and without question when Daniel & Jorge asked if we wanted to review our membership we jumped at the opportunity. There was no pushy sales, just a conversation about how to maximize our time staying at future Palace resorts. Daniel recommended we take a boat trip to El Cielo. This is an experience my family will always remember. We got to snorkle in the open ocean, seeing starfish and relaxing in Caribbean sand bar. We saw a lot of different fish & even a few stingray. We hope to go back soon!

Our family vacation
The rooms were cleaned every day. Can't beat the value for what we receive. ALL the employees no matter where we were, said hello while looking at us. ( with smiles). Service, especially Miguel & Sylvia at the breakfast buffet. Not to foget Fili, at breakfast. We only had him 1 day, but he was exceptional. Ivan at dinner is u forgettable. Also, Yanet at the spa, who massaged out a difficult muscle . I will always recommend palace resorts, that's how good our 2 stays have been so far. Looking forward to our next trip.
