great trip
Love aruba and marriott stellaris is a great value to stay. eating there is pricey but there are so many restaurants on the strip right down the road you can walk to them. The staff was great, and friendly, got a better room closer to the beach with a staffers' assistance. Bar tenders were so nice. Got the construction side view but if u are close enough to the beach, u still have a partial view.
the room is always clean and beds are turned down around 5:30-6pm.
went ATVing, which was an awesome way to see the natural bridge, and pool and fort and old church and get some adventure.
took the bus into downtown for $1.25 each way which is so cheap. went shopping downtown.
cabs are a little high depending on where u need to go, its about $6 a mile plus a tip.
FYI: there are several places that charge a surcharge tip for eating there, we had asked in the past about this, this is a charge that is put on your bill which is like a tip but it is pooled together for all waiters and waitresses to split. Some restaurants take this surcharge and dont give anything to the employees. SO, if u are confused, ask the maitre'd and they will let you know how that restaurant handles it.
Le Petit Cafe is great, u cook your own steaks on a hot plate. awesome.
many romantic outdoor on the beach types of restaurants and alot of them have a 3 course meal for @9.99 and $34.99.
GREAT TRIP, 4th time there, love it! weather is always nice there.
This was our first trip to Aruba and my husband, myself and our 3 year son had a fabulous time. The hotel was immaculate and the staff was very friendly. The food was excellent and the pool was great for the little one to play in. All in all it was a big plus and we would go back again in a heartbeat!!
Resort is beautiful. Food on the resort is good but pricey, $25 for the breakfast buffet. I recommend asking about the process for reserving palapas when you arrive. Overall, great vacation, would return without hesitation.

This resort also as the option of booking the "Dine Around" program, which ranges in price from $100-$250 per person per stay based on the number of meals you want to purchase.

not sure, but breakfast ( with anything you could think of, runs around 24,00 per person) was included in our room rate.

To give you an idea of the type of food served at the resort, here is a link to the menus for each restaurant at the Aruba Marriott. For further information about the food served there, you would probably be best to contact the resort directly, as they may be able to advise further on the nutritional information of the menu selections of the restaurants that are on site.

Their fish restaurant available for dinner only should meet your requirements.

Simply fish was a very healthy place to eat. The baked sea bass was absolutely delicious! Don't remember what came with it - but one night we had asparagus, and carrots as the side, The Ceaser Salad was the best I've had. The dressing was very light. You could choose several very healthy items from the menu.

Are there options for private dining on the beach?2 answers
Can we get a private table for two on the beach for dinner?

Rsoxmarc
Most resorts can accommodate a private dinner on the beach for guests. You are able to arrange this directly with the resort.
MariaCC
There are tables that they set up on the beach.I would not call it private. It is like being in the US.
