The staff was amazing, the resort entertainment was on point never a dull moment! You don’t even need to spend additional money on excursions everything you need is on the resort! Best vacation!! I will be back!

Simply Breathless
Absolutely loved coming to Breathless, I stayed from July 20-24 with my sister & this resort was really great. I stayed in Room 4116 a swimup xhale club room and it was beautiful. I loved that building 4 swim up felt more private and quiet, I highly recommend this room if you wanna get away from all the music. As part of the Xhale club we had a Concierge who was extremely nice and helpful, his name is Miguel and he was always great in trying to make our vacation better. He’s excellent at his job and I needed to make sure I gave him his shoutout because he was that great. I do recommend Xhale club for those that love to drink, the premium liquor alone was worth it to me. I spent a lot of time drinking at the Xhale Lounge drinks were 10/10. The food was also great in this resort, all my meals were excellent, and the Hibachi is a must. They have a Latin Restaurant that’s open two times a week and my goodness that was amazing, I had fried fish & fried chicken with fried Plantains and it was the best !!!!. The staff in this resort are so friendly, every single one of them, they would always have a smile and were always willing to help with anything or help with any craving. This was an excellent vacation and I will recommend this resort forward.

Fantastic experience. I strongly recommend people go to this resort. You also have Dreams next door with a waterpark! Top notch customer care from concierge Janna De la Cruz and Iveli! Ask for Frantz at the pool!

The checkout process was not at all pleasant. There was only 1 girl at the counter and she took way too long to help the customer ahead. Our ride was waiting at the door and we were so embarrassed to face everyone in the bus due to the receptionist’s fault. She was very rude and didn’t help us at all. She even went to extent to say that we can go ahead and complain to her manager she doesn’t care. It was a horrific experience early morning. Our day was already ruined by her behaviour. We checked out around 8:30am. I would really want someone to review the camera recordings during that time and see we’re not even lying. We were standing at the counter for almost 20-25mins and she did not care at all.

Best resort in punta cana
Best resort service I ever had in my life. If you are adult and looking for vibrant resort this is the one. The entertainment, food and pool vibes are bestest
