It's ok. I like that there's no children there. the Beach Club is great, but an inconvenience as you have to take a shuttle to it and there's a ton of stairs when you get there. One person in our party has a bad hip and had difficulty. Not sure why they don't have an elevator there. infinity pool on roof was about 8 inches shy of infinity lol, but a relaxing place to be during the day for those that get and Advantage Club room. Overall - bartenders are inconsistent. housekeeping took wash cloths and bath robes when they were dirty but did not replace them. - every single day. 2 treadmills of the 4 in the fitness center were broken our first time so we told an attendant. 2 days later they were still broken. food is ok but nothing special. restaurant at the roof is too windy to enjoy dinner. margarita making class and salsa dance class were fun.

I have been in other adult only hotels from Hyatt, this one was over my expections due my prior experience from this company. Buffet is that good as restaurants are. Customer service was very good. Special mention to all servers at the pool area.

Has all the things on the checklist!
We really enjoyed this resort with our large group of friends!!!! The welcome drink was very refreshing. The beds were super comfy and there were six pillows on the bed so there is no doubt you can find one you like. The coffee bar in the main lobby was so enjoyable and they made whatever you wanted…hot, iced or frozen. The restaurants served excellent food. I’m only sad we didn’t get to try them all because our trip wasn’t long enough! The roof top pool is WOW! Huge and stunning! The Ceviche Making Class was really fun and very fresh and tasty. It was located in the garden area where they had tons of fresh herbs. Orlando made our experience top notch. He even made a point to remember our names and treated us as family. He was really engaging and personal. Highly recommend this resort for all its amenities, but the people there make it magical!

Fresco Ceviche
Great service! All the servers are very friendly the food is great but what especially stands out is Fresco Ceviche, best ceviche I've ever had! The server jesus and chef Guadalupe were awesome and made sure we were all taken care of. Definitely recommend!
