We were celebrating our 25th Anniversay and we felt pampered and important. Frandy was amazing and we highly recommend him. Diego is the man! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be coming back home soon!

Great Trip
Just returned from 4 nights at Secrets Tides and everything exceeded expectations. Had a king room swimout suite that was spectacular. Spent the last day in the swimout pool and bar service is provided when you want to spend in the swimout. Ordered room service every day for late lunch which was great. The balance if the time was spent in the activity pool playing volleyball with other guests. Staff was very attentive all around. All of the restaurants are top notch and the nightly shows and lobby activities were very enjoyable. I would like to give special recognition to Nilka in the lobby bar and Felix at El Patio and the breakfast buffet. I made sure to request them daily. Both are very friendly, welcoming and set high expectations for future trips. Because if these two I would return to Secrets Tides.

Can’t wait to return
Had a great time! Everything was top notch! From the butler service to the gym and spa. Made my vacation super relaxing! Even the entertainment was nice.

Vacation with friends
The staff here is amazing, they work incredibly hard at making sure that your stay is perfect. Jose at the preferred pool is wonderful. Very kind and makes us feel like royalty!

Highly recommended
This is one of the nicest Secrets resorts we have stayed in. It is large, clean, and beautiful. The beach is perfect for long walks and the swings and beds are plentiful to watch sunrises. The managers are very hands-on, and that is one reason the resort is so good. The service is excellent and all staff are kind and friendly, making every effort to engage the guests. I highly recommend this Secrets!
