Fantastic service at the Oceana throughout our stay in Los Cabos. Very friendly people. Elias has been fantastic making our experience at the Oceana one to remember. He made our visit to the Oceana restaurant so special by sorting out a romantic dinner just for us, We had an Excellent service from Havier who was our waiter for the evening, he was very polite and so friendly. I also want to mention MarieClaude she is always so friendly when welcoming you in for the evening and they make you feel so special.

My husband and I stayed for a week March 13th. Very welcoming, easy check in and pleasantly upgraded :). Room was great, spacious yet cozy. Big bathroom with 2 sinks, lovely amenities including sunscreen. Block 7 had a nice view and close to the gym, pool and main buffet. Grounds are beautiful and immaculate! Staff extremely friendly and with awesome entertainment staff. Theme nights were fantastic. It was a tough time emotionally with being away and Covid ramping up but the staff stayed positive and happy and we could tell they were doing everything they could to make everyone feel comfortable and enjoy their vacation. Food was fabulous. Sushi was some of the best we ever had and cool atmosphere. The Italian was amazing. Service at all restaurants top notch. Oceana has the most delicious Salmon and eating outside was fabulous. The Cafe is open all hours and we had yummy lattes every morning and tasty muffins. To our surprise we were upgraded to preferred club block 8. The best room we’ve ever had! Faced the ocean and par 3. Couldn’t have asked for better! Watched the whales go by morning and night. Then we posted up on chairs facing the ocean and chatted with the golfers and met some great people. The staff again so helpful and friendly. Service was speedy and always happy to get us what requested. Mornings we worked out and walked the beach. Geogeous and powerful waves! You can’t swim but we prefer to look at the beauty of the Ocean and swim in the pool. Drinks were perfect and bar fridge well stocked. If you need anything just ask and they will accommodate and replenish. We absolutely love Cabo and will return! Thank you Secrets for providing us with such a fabulous resort to visit! Hotel hits but also has misses
The hotel is extremely clean and staffed with knowledgeable people that are ready to assist with any request. Overall the staff is friendly and polite but not the quickest service especially at the main lobby bar where they seem to be understaffed at peak times. The entertainment from the day to the night is generally well managed to keep you engaged, if sitting by the pool is not something you want to do all day. The grounds need some maintenance in spots especially some of the tiles that have broken away and created sharp edges, keep an eye out with open toed shoes. The nicest part of the hotel is the swing bar and staff near the beach and the biggest opportunity is the food overall, bland and nothing to write home about. The best meal we had on our trip was in San Jose when we went to Baja brewering... Amazing just saying! Overall an okay hotel but not a 5 star experience or property when compared to other all inclusive hotels we stayed at. Was good but wouldn't stay there again next time we visit Cabos.
This is an amazing resort! Great place 5 star all the way! The staff including Yulia and Roberto went out of there way to ensure the best holiday ever! Thankyou all ! We will be back. Food was top notch even though the second week with mostly empty with Covid19 looming over us all. They worked hard to make everything as normal as possible.
Honeymoon @ Puerto Los Cabos
Honestly the boy and elephant video playing on the TV after room service turned down our room every night was the only weird thing. Everything else was amazing! The staff especially Cesar, Miguel, and Alberto were first class staff members. They were very kind and eager to take care of us and all other guests. We so so enjoyed our trip to Puerto Los Cabos and we will certainly be booking again in the future. It was a wonderful experience!
