    10/10 Will be coming back

    Best Spa, great food and amazing service, 10/10. The entire resort was kept immaculate, the service was always plus 1 and beyond. Everyone was on their game. the spa, massage and hydrotherapy were worth every penny. This is a place i cant wait to return to.

    The best resort in Mexico on a turtle beach

    This is a stunning resort on Turtle beach. Amazing white sandy beach with clear water. Great snorkeling, the best way is to go on your own around the ropes of the protected area. 9 great restaurants, the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen. Sergio was a great concierge and helped us with our every need. Mario was the best barman ever, brilliant cocktails and drinks. Coco cafe was excellent. Every Saturday lunch at Oceana they had an amazing seafood bbq, loads of lobster and gorgeous fish. We loved this place we will be back.

    Perfect stay!!! 10/10! Request Arturo at Bordeaux!!

    We had an absolute perfect stay here! The food, staff, amenities were all amazing 10/10! The beach is right there and so beautiful! The beach concierge in the preferred section remembered our names after only one day and one hour on the beach! Highlight of the trip was our dinner at the French restaurant, Bordeaux. Arturo made it absolutely unforgettable with his Mayan Coffee at the end! He gave us a full-on, tableside fire show, bringing endless entertainment and laughs! Food was also amazing every place we ate!!!

    First time at an all inclusive

    We had a wonderful time. Beds/ pillows were super comfortable. Michelle was great! Abraham was great! Everything was so beautiful. This was our first visit to an all- inclusive resort, and we had a fabulous time. My husband never travels, and he's ready to go again!

    Honeymoon Bliss

    My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Secrets Akumal and had a wonderful experience. I can’t wait to go back. We booked the preferred club, and I recommend the benefits of doing this. We enjoyed complimentary honeymoon extras. Our Concierge, Araceli, was friendly, helpful, very personable, and made an effort to get to know us during our stay. We enjoyed many of the restaurants with our favorites being breakfast at Market Cafe and hibachi dinner at Himitsu. Snorkeling right in front of the resort with sea turtles was an amazing. We bought snorkel tubes (cheap) and borrowed masks (with a refundable deposit) from the stand at the resort. We took a day trip to Tulum, and enjoyed a bike ride in the area with resort guides. There are so many positives about the trip that it’s difficult to highlight them all.
