    Vacation 2025

    This is our second time staying at this resort. Enjoyed all the restaurants which the service and food was very good. The waitress and waiters at the pool and nightly entertainment was awesome! Never had to look around for a drink! The only negative experience we had including our friends room was having to ask every time for a wash cloth. Our rooms 1070 and 1074 never had wash cloths upon arriving. When our used ones were taken they were never replaced. We had to call the front desk or request each time through the app. It would seem that wash cloths would be freshen to your room without having to request them. One last thing was the pillows were very hard and uncomfortable.

    The only one good think is the buffet The evening entertainment is a joke,same people doing same show Not wow at all and boring THE RESTAURANTS IS REALLY HUGE JOKE,THEY TAKING THE FOOD FROM THE BUFFET AND CALLING THAT A RESTAURANT,IM REALLY REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH ALL MY EXPERIENCE IN PALACE RIU,ITS NOT EVEM CLOSE TO BE 5 STARS

    Bad experience

    June 2025 My teenage grandson was cornered in the pool by 2 men attempting to molest him. Another guest saw what was going on and jumped into pool to save him. Guest brought him to our room. Grandson had been given a drug in his beverage. He had to receive medical attention. Management and security did nothing when we reported it. Written June 17, 2025

    Very good

    Antonio and Jose provided us a very good service at the main restaurant “ La Isabela”. Ms. Reyes kept our rooms very clean and comfortable. We only complain about the service at the steak house during dinner time. The waiters were very rude and the food took too much time to be served . The rooms were ok just need odor extractors in bathrooms.
