    Stinking water

    The resort was nice but they need to upgrade their water system. The shower has a very strong sulfur smell. I felt like I smelled like rotten eggs after taking a shower. The staff was friendly and always helpful. The buffet had a good variety, but reservations at the other restaurants were difficult to make at times.

    Wedding Vow Renewal-Family Trip

    This was our 2nd year going to Riu in the Bahamas. Although there were some hiccups, not due to the staff at the location, they did everything they could to accommodate us. We were there with our family and very close friends to renew our vows, and the staff went above and beyond for us in every way they could. Our room had a bottle of Champagne and a plate of fresh fruit when we checked in so it started great. From Angela making sure the Wedding renewal was everything we wanted (very simple), to Nelly, making sure that all of us had what we needed, (the 100 times I walked up to the front desk) and keeping us happy with our reservations when our phones were acting up. Hugh and Anthony were absolutely, the best in making sure our drinks were never empty... and always with a smile. This was a trip for a group of 9 that was not easy to plan, but the staff there did everything in their power to make it memorable for us all. I love the beach there it is my favorite place in the world, and you can be sure that we will definitely be back there again. For an All-Inclusive it may not have 5 star restaruants, but the food is very good, The Staff is so nice and helpful and the price is good, so I have zero complaints.

    Relaxing Vacation

    Had an amazing time! The food was great, loved the variety of choices. Rooms need updating, furniture is outdated. Wish the DJ played more of a diversity of music to include more reggae. The RIU dancers did an excellent job on show nights. Overall, we had a wonderful time and will return in the future.

    I highly recommend staying here. The resort is clean and well kept. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious and so were the drinks. Can’t wait to come back.

    1ST ANNUAL GIRLS TRIP

    Just got back from a fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort and overall, it was a wonderful vacation! The food was generally good, with the steakhouse being the absolute highlight! The buffet was just okay—plenty of variety, but not everything hit the mark. Keep in mind, I am very picky! The staff really made the experience special. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but a special shoutout goes to Romell, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His energy and hospitality really stood out! There were activities happening by the pool every day, which kept things lively and fun. The evening shows were also a great touch! Our room was pretty clean, though it had a musty smell that was hard to ignore. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something that could be improved. Also, I wish the wine selection had been better. All in all, it was a great trip. With just a couple of tweaks (better wine and fresher-smelling rooms), this place could be near perfect. I'd definitely consider returning!
