    Total disappointment

    Beach & view from room are beautiful & check-in was easy. Servers at bars & restaurants were rude with no concern for customer service. There is no service at the beach (you have to walk on the stairs and stand at the pool). No food delivery to pool area - only drinks. Lobby smells like sewer water. Elevators barely work. Don’t restock fridge - and housekeeping is the bare minimum. Food at buffet is sub-par, & it’s virtually impossible to get reservations at restaurants (which are also not good). In room dining??? They only have salads and cold sandwiches - no burgers, pizzas, wings, fries… what a complete disappointment. Also, breakfast room service? Only if you want cold items - cereal, fruit, yogurt, dinner rolls. No eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc. We changed hotels knowing we would not be refunded. What a waste.

    Summer vacation

    This was my first trip to a Riu property. I was thrilled with everything. The food, drinks and rooms were all top notch! I will come back!

    Stay

    The stay was worth it. Friendly staff and great food and drink. I would stay here again. Shops are a little far but great place to stay.

    Pleasantly surprised with this property. Every staff member was pleasant and professional. There was a nice variety of food and very well prepared.

    Great all inclusive

    Had a great time at this hotel; I stayed in an ocean front room and the view was amazing; plus mini bar including soft drinks were replenished daily; however they did miss one day to refill the soft drinks; i didnt use the mini bar. The other concern about the room is the pillows on the bed; not comfortable at all and they only gave one; but they did respond to my request for extra. The food was great except for breakfast; i just skipped and went straight to lunch. Right on the beach; chairs and umbrellas were supplied. Overall an amazing stay; definitely got my money's worth.
