    True Paradise in Earth !

    Unfortunately, I lost my bag upon arrival to Riu Aquarelle Palace but, Nexxus Tours worked diligently to return my bag of items safely! I was very impressed with the communication as well to keep me updated throughout the process! I WILL RETURN VERY SOON !!!

    Amazing

    We stayed with my daughter for 6 nights. That’s was our 5th time in Jamaica and by far that was the best resort we stayed at. The beach is beautiful we don’t care for the pool so the beach was very important to us. As for the food do not bother to go to the restaurants nothing special they do have to work on a menu especially at the Asian restaurant. The buffet food was so much better. The highlight of our stay was the entertainment team honestly the best team every single one of them the shows are absolutely fantastic we would be back just for that energy! The team is so talented and they all worked so hard. Anthony , Britany aka Jaguar, Slippy, Roster and all the rest are supper professional all made sure that every guest feels comfortable and welcome. We definitely will be back !

    Enjoyable stay, friendly staff, good range or food options in the buffet restaurant, entertainment staff were good but not necessarily my style. Beach was really nice, warm sea, not overcrowded. Location slightly isolated but fine for an all-inclusive stay.

    I loved my time at Hotel Riu Palace Aquarelle. It was a beautiful hotel made exceptional by the amazing staff who were all helpful, knowledgeable and attentive.

    Saved the best until last

    We stayed at Riu palace Aquarelle for one week after staying at Riu Ocho Rios for 2 weeks. As a Riu Gold member I can safely say I have experience staying at Riu hotels. Aquarelle is the best and the only regret is I did not stay longer. I will be leaving a separate review for Riu Ocho Rios! From arriving at Aquarelle it was 5* service easy check in beautiful room (pool room). Every staff member went out of their way and too many to mention all but here are the ones who gave exceptional service. In the main restaurant Dwayne and Crystal who got my husbands dry humour and from day one knew how we liked our water with and without ice. Courtroy in the Daiquiri bar. Security officer Akina Brown who looked after us and always smiling even after a night shift. Last but not least Selina Lowe who totally embodies the Jamaican saying “No problem”. Apologies if I Spelt names wrong. Whether you are a party animal or a beach lounger there is something for everyone. Nightly shows. Beach, white and Neon parties or if relaxing the drinks will come to you even if you are on the beach! Busy planning my stay. Aquarelle you put a smile back on our faces.
